I’ve been to many McDonald before. This one is below average. I used the drive through and noticed how dirty and disgusting the drive through was — walls black from dripped foods, ground covered with plastic and garbage. I ordered a large drink and 2 double cheeseburger no onion. When I payed for the food I didn’t even get a “hello”, when my food was handed to me I specifically said “hello” and “thank you” and I didn’t even get a response! The burger was the most disgusting— it was as if the burger had been used to wipe up the grease drippings from the whole restaurant! The bun was dripping with grease, all of the bun was covered! This McDonalds needs to ensure quality performance on all levels and not just rely on the brand name!

This place is a joke they messed up OUR ORDER ( messed up a Cheeseburger and fry) and then gave us attitude after driving All the way back to get the order fixed and then instead of letting us keep the fry for the inconvenience she threw it out!!!!!! And then gave us a sweet and sour for a clearly stated BBQ sauce

Went through the drive through to get two McDoubles, I asked for no onions, extra salt, and add Mac sauce and it was even on the burger ticket but the burgers only had ketchup and no salt. Service was friendly and quick. Parking lot looked overly dirty and greasy, building looked very dirty

Service and food was generally standard but we noticed two things that is definitely worth noting in a review like this. As I was washing my hand in the bathroom, an employee emerged from the “#2 toilet” and walked right past me and straight into the kitchen without washing his hands. Secondly, we saw another employee problem-solve the issue of overfilling a drink by sipping directly out of the cup, placing the lid and walking it to the customer.I would go check out the other McDonald’s in town.
Made an order on the app in the middle of the night because the app and Google BOTH said that this store was open 24 hours. When I got there both drive thru lanes were closed off and the employees were in the parking lot smoking. Apparently the store closes whenever the employees feel like it, but if it has a specific closing time now you NEED to update the app and Google times. You can't refund orders on the app so thanks for making me waste money on food I couldn't even pick up.

I only gave it a 4 star on food because lets be real it's a fast food restaurant and the food is always only going to be so good with that said it was hot and fresh and i enjoyed it,, ???? as far as service goes i went through the drive thru and absolutely wonderful from start to finish it was ready for me a few seconds after pulling up to the window ????? so thank you for a good breakfast

Up side: the bathroom was clean and without odor. They seem very short staffed... no one at counter, so had to order from the self order station - THAT BARELY WORKS...so slow - exasperating!!! It also took extra long to make the burger. At least the burger tasted good and it was hot.
