Always super nice staff! Food quality is consistent. The party rooms are always nice. Birthday party packages have greatly increased in price, so we will not do that again. It's cheaper to buy everything separately. The little gift bags are not worth the upcharge. The only issue I had was when I watched the arcade attendant take out a can of chewing tobacco and consume a pouch right in front of the little kids he was assisting. He then immediately turned and grabbed a toy prize with those same fingers and handed it to one of the kids. It was a bit off-putting and kind of gross.

Closing time is supposed to be when doors close to new customers, not when you shut food down. You need to change your closing time to 7 if you want people out by 8.

Friendly & helpful staff, good food and highly affordable lunch at just $10. I would give it 5 stars but the carpets really, really need ongoing deep cleaning. I liked the seating for all size guests and that the game center (video & other fun games) is clean and out if ear shot so adults can speak while children play together. Toppings on pizza buffet was good, wide variety and they did 'load' their pizzas, NOT skimp to themselves high profits for low quality, they strike a great balance!*Heavy senior citizen hang out along with mixed age crowd. Comfortable for all.Parking: I drove a large vehicle around back and was easy to get in and out.

Traveling through from out of town, needed a place to stop.We walked in at 7:40 and it wasn’t advertised as well as no one mentioned it was closing at 8:00, until the most unfriendly employee noted “we close at 8 so we aren’t dropping anything else tonight” when we asked if there was going to be any chicken added to the buffet. Would have been nice for someone to communicate so we could have managed our expectations.Plates were piled everywhere, no employees appeared to want to be there for the night…not a great experience compared to other PR visits.

My grand daughter lost her phone there today. When she went to the manager to report it he was VERY rude to her. When I got there and spoke to him he was extremely rude to me about about the phone. Here phone was found in the men's room where someone actually stole it, removed the case and broke the cover before dumping it. It was locked. I won't be eating there again and won't recommend pizza ranch to anyone.

I’m am not usually one to complain, but I am very unsatisfied with our experience dining in, I was with some people and a phone was lost while inside the fun zone and I had no idea if anyone had spoke to the front desk, so I decided to go up there and ask and the person I asked was name Joey who I think was the manager at the time, then replied to me saying “what are you living under a rock” in a very rude manner. But not only that the phone was found in the men’s restroom and it belonged to a young girl.

It's always busy when we go, this last time we went it was super busy and they had a hard time keeping food out. But it was still good, they have the BEST chicken. My daughter loves playing in their little arcade. This time slot pf the games were out of service but she is 3 and doesn't care either way lolParking: Not a whole lot of spots but plentyKid-friendliness: It's a pizza buffet with an arcade, it's a great place for kids and birthday parties

This is a great place for our family to stop in the middle of a long road trip. The kids can run around because there is an indoor arcade. There are quite a few options for food but the quality overall is mediocre. Fair pricing for kids as it is based on their specific age which I appreciate.

Coworker recommended this place. Pretty good value for $15 that includes a drink. Pizza crust is thin but taste good and has a good snap. Sausage pizza has a really good flavor.
