Hands down the best chicken fried steak with sausage gravy! Everything we had was incredible...side pork, biscuits, ham, coffee! Ambiance is quaint. The people are the sweetest, too! No line to get it but I don't know if why...it's a winner on all fronts!
We spent the night at the adjoining campground, (which, by the way, was extremely overpriced for what they offer) and had a very nice breakfast. It’s a very rustic, old-timey building of much heritage. The menu has a great deal of choices, from what I saw and what my wife and I had, each of the breakfast offerings is more than enough to fill anyone. Host was very friendly when I called. Campground is beautiful and quiet.Restrooms: Loved that they have plumbing. It's a quaint little building, but what you'd expect from a campground.
