Think grilled cheese on steroids. This place is cool as it gets. The sandwiches are awesome! Such a unique spin on the old fashioned grilled cheese that we all know and love. Everyone is super helpful and there’s free pac man… who doesn’t love that!
I live down the block from Toastie and had been meaning to try it for awhile. Today, I finally did and my only regret is I hadn't sooner. Toastje has a creative selection of grilled cheese sandwiches that are sure to excite the tastebuds. I had the Carolina (I believe that's what it was called) with pulled pork, BBQ sauce, banana peppers and, of course, cheese. It was outstanding. I had the best experience at Toastie! The food and atmosphere was so good that we went two days in a row. The staff is incredible and will go out of their way to serve you. They also have many fun options of entertainment such as a PacMan machine and Uno cards out on the tables.
