I was delivered a calzone when I ordered a pizza and the phones hang up on customers if you’ve been on hold for more than 4 1/2 minutes I used to work there and it’s gone downhill with service

DO NOT ORDER HERE. This store is a joke. They messed my carry out order up. I'm a truck driver, so it's not as easy as just going back, or getting a credit. The manager said he'd fix it. Took all the info down to send out the replacement. After an hour and a half I start to call. I was either ignored, hung up on, or answered and left on the counter to hear the dirty comedy in the back. Finally someone answered, saying I had the wrong number. It's the exact same number I called to place my order. They wanted to close early, and did so. I drove my truck with two trailers down to go talk to them after they left me hanging for almost two and a half hours. 1150 pm, doors locked and inside cleaned up. They close at midnight. So if you want a messed up order and people that make a promise to make it right, but don't. This is your place.

Stood in lobby for literally 20 minutes with 3 employees looking at me without ever once even being greeted, much less helped. The only guy working was eating toppings as he made the pizzas, super gross.

How wrong can they be, let me count the ways. Ordered half pineapple, got pepperoni. Got zero of Ordered sauce cups. Ordered 8 count bread twists, got 6. Couldn't take gift cards. Sat at drive up for 20 mins, wouldn't answer the phone when we called. So much grease on the boxes.Won't be back.

I don't know how you manage to make a pizza that is swimming in grease AND under cooked, but you did it! Bravo! Had to eat it with a straw.
Waited almost 3 hours for my order. Called the store several times only for them to not answer or hang the phone up on me. Then proceeded to cancel my order without consulting me first.
