Hadn't been here in years. The waiter was pleasant but may have been the only one working and so service was a bit slow. The beans and rice were cold. When we brought this up with the waiter he said, "yeah, they're always cold." Perhaps this should be noted on the menu. Not sure how many people want/expect cold food. Might be a good question for the health dept. Other food was decent.

The food is delicious. Everything I’ve tried has been good. But the service is disgraceful. The employees act annoyed to be working there. If you make a special request they seem so bothered by it and make sure you know it too! If you try to call, there’s a good chance you’ll get their voicemail. They never say “thank you” or “have a good day.” I’m so underwhelmed by the customer service that we usually just go somewhere else; even though their food is really delicious.

The first time I went everything was good the second time I arrived saying hello in Spanish and a despotic woman laughed at me and I asked her why she was laughing and said she didn't speak Spanish, when the first time I went she did speak Spanish and I told her that it is Mexican restaurant and got upset so que chinguen a toda su madre

This place is absolutely wonderful. Whether you eat in restaurant or in casino, the service is amazing and the food is delectable to say the least!!! The fiesta burrito- so damn good!! Excuse my bluntness but id eat here daily if I could!!! Check it out.

I’m a be honest stick to the national food chain restaurant in great falls all the restaurants that are not nationals chains have 4 starts or more but I think it’s because this people haven’t tasted real Mexican food or food in general if you an investor I suggest to invest in a real restaurant with actual good service and decent hours it’s like the people up here don’t like to work or something by the way the food was not tasty and michelada eww the server was moody saying we only had 10 min to order

First time being in Montana, I was hoping we'd get a little bit of hospitality being so far away from home. Service was horrible the first time, getting worse and worse the times we went after. We even got threatened to get the cops called on us because we "chose who to serve us and where to sit", due to the server giving bad service, such as saying rude comments the previous times we went, like asking for us to not be so needy and tell her everything we needed all at once & saying every almost every Mexican person who has gone complains about prices and service and never even leaves tip. I've never heard of choosing your server being a problem or asking for too much from a server. And when I tried asking to just charge me the drinks to leave she just said to leave.

My husband and I both got horrible food poisoning from eating here! The food tasted so terrible we didn't even eat much and the margarita tasted like hairspray. If it let me give zero stars I would.

Been years since our last meal here. Food was passable; good enough to remind me that I will come back here in a few years to remind myself to wait a few more years before coming back.
It was disgusting, the cheese dip was sour like lemon. Their bathrooms were nasty I smelt it when I came in and the waitress was not nice she didn't smile. The Dr Pepper was the only nice thing I had. I don't recommend this place

Decent food but very rude manager. Had my husband call ahead and order our food. The to go menu on the phone is very small! I had to zoom in to see the menu and did not realize there was a lunch and dinner page as it all looks like one giant menu. He called and ordered my #20. She did not verify what food item it was and placed the order. When I called to state he meant the number 20 Pollo la crema l she became annoyed and stated that was the lunch menu. I stated the menu was somewhat confusing on the phone. She didn't care and expected me to pay for the food I won't eat and kept saying it was my fault. I've worked in a few restaurants and everyone I worked at would have refunded the wrong item. She was too busy telling me it was all my fault to even consider how we could make it right. My suggestion would be to confirm the order at least once prior to placing the order. I wasn't calling to point fingers or blame them. It was my mistake but the way she handled the call was extremely rude . I would rather eat at a mediocre restaurant with great customer service vs a place that only cares about money and not about the customer experience.

Yummy drinks and food. Our family had a great time here. Service was great as well. Shrimp tacos (loaded with shrimp, tons of cilantro) Chile relleno, and chimichangas were superb.
