We arrived near closing time, but they still welcomed us into the bar and promptly took our orders for drinks and food. Since it was so late we didn't want a huge meal so we ordered some sides instead. Everything we had was very tasty. The lobster bisque is AMAZING! We each had a bowl. So delicious. This came with the tastiest rolls ever (+oyster crackers ) and just that would have been enough food. Just thought I needed some veggies so I also ordered a side of sauteed zucchini. It was well seasoned and lightly cooked. I would have preferred a softer bite, but it was still good. My friend also ordered a baked potato which was HUGE and generously covered in butter and sour cream. We each enjoyed a cocktail as well. I thought the drinks were well made and not overly priced. The service was great. The atmosphere was very enjoyable at the time we were there. The decor was pleasant and the bathrooms were clean. All in all a great evening out.

My favorite place. Great food. Great service. We LOVE this place.Attn Jake: do you mind adjusting the price of the side salad with the cup of lobster bisque soup? $17 is just too much. Especially since it is no longer refillable.Oh and please bring back the famous salad bar!We will always be back.Keep up the good work sir!

Great place. Love their steaks! We have eaten there for years. Great crab avocado salad too. their service has went down in the last year. not as good as it used to be. if you are a regular there,. you know who the best waiters are. we have had a few disappointing dinners, mostly due to service.

The soup was still cold. The waitress was seemingly inconvenienced by our basic dining needs. I was also disappointed that we could not get a potato. Swiss cheese

I just want to start by saying that my husband and I have been going to jakers for years! We usually enjoy our service there as the staff is very friendly, and the food is pretty well consistent.Unfortunately, we had a reservation with some friends of ours for Valentine’s Day and the service was very poor. We got our drinks within 10 minutes, which was pretty normal for the dining side. However it took 30 minutes to get our scones that we asked for. And when we asked or server Kory if the scones were on the way. She responded with “I said they were coming”. Now, I can look past having a rough night as it was Valentines Day…she brought the salads out and 10 minutes later brought the scones. She continued to be very short with us throughout the night despite how understanding we were. We waited over an hour for our food, which the chef was so kind to deliver on her behalf. Our drinks remained empty throughout the evening. I feel as though she spent the rest of the evening avoiding us. By this point we were 1 of the last 2 tables in her section. One person from our table ended up with the wrong order. When he confronted her about it she said “well that’s what you ordered” she did offer to make another steak, but by this point we had been there for over 2 hours. Not a single apology, or an ounce of decent customer service came from Kory. By the end of our meal we left enough money to cover the kitchen staffs hard work for tip out.

I booked a reservation for February 11th to celebrate my husband's birthday. Got a call late last night (February 10th) to tell me they will be closed today. Wish they had shut off the reservations or called sooner as I booked this a couple weeks ago..
