unfortunately, Kobe has seen better times. I had three types of sushi before my Tha noodle dish. the sushi was tasteless. I could not tell which variety of fish I was eating! the "Thai" noodles were very bland. the "Seafood" in the noodles consisted of two pieces of tsurimi, 2 mussels that had hard edges and a few reconstituted shrimp. Nothing I would go across the street to eat again.

Unfortunately, this restaurant has seen better days. I ordered 3 sushi items, all of which were tasteless. I also ordered the seafood Thai noodles. The seafood was obviously dried and reconstituted. I have eaten a lot of Asian food and this was a huge disappointment. Americanized to the point of no return.

Well, the sushi was OK. There are not a lot of raw fish options. Primarily, the sushi contains mainly imitation crab for the filling and fried. The deal breaker was the big black hair in the tempura shrimp in the middle of the roll. NOPE. The waiter was great. He took the one roll off the bill. I'm very surprised that the management or owner did not feel the need to come over and apologize.

We went here tonight for my friends birthday and we got such excellent service and food. It was seriously so much fun. It was also so delicious. The experience was incredible and they gave such enthusiastic customer service. I really loved our waiter Daniel and our cook JoJo. They both made me and everyone smile and the food was amazing. Great place for celebrations!! Arigato Gozaimasu!

Update: I love it most of the time I come.As of kate the staff has been kindof rude and the quality is just really starting tongondown hill since I moved here in 2016. Love it here every time I come. Get the semi sweet sake but have them warm it even though it's served cold.

Love the food, all staff are outgoing and friendly. We go once a week to at Kobe's. Highly recommend this establishment. You will not be disappointed.Dietary restrictions: Have gluten allergies, and they are very commedating with food allergies.

Ordered the "Sizzling Steak" special and while it was tasty, it didn't come on a 'sizzling' plate as stated in the menu. Nor was it sliced as I anticipated. Just a minor issue.

The food was alright but the server on hibachi was very rude, never smiled, didn’t understand what I wanted (couldn’t speak English well), which is still a reflection of the restaurant. The restaurant would be 10x better if it were staffed with people who actually are nice and atleast seem like they want to be there.
