I ordered dinner, and was told it would be about an hour. When it came time to pick up my order, there was NO ONE at the counter. Two employees in the back came up front just to say that all they did was make pizza and didn't know how to run the cash register. I waited for 25-35 minutes until one of the workers FINALLY went to retrieve the cashier who was "in the back". Absolutely ridiculous! Every one their employees should have been trained on the register regardless of their primary job function.

Manager very rude and asked for my old pizza back when I went in for a new pizza as mine was old. I was very disappointed I got an old pizza as I haven't had ceasers in awhile and unfortunately it was an experience that will have me not going back here ever!

Me n my family come here alllll the time personally and I usually pick doordash order up here to deliver - Sabrina is always slinging pizzas! She works super hard considering how busy this place is all the time, especially weekends. Seems like she’s the only one who runs the front. She does a great job with the atmosphere

If I could give this location zero stars I would. My two responsible children went in to pick up my order while I was in the car waiting. No receipt was given to them and they were charged $20 over. When I called to talk to the manager, he was very impolite and told me that my children stole the money. When I brought my children back into the facility he said he has no employee to which they were describing and that they were liars and they stole the money. I explained to him that they would never, I asked to have the cameras reviewed and he never called me back. I have called numerous times and have asked to speak to the general manager. Still no phone call back, but my name was left multiple times, this establishment is very unprofessional. We avoid going to this establishment since this incident.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE: To be fair, the place was severely understaffed. Having said that…it took over an hour for our online order to be complete. So I watched the woman touch every surface from counter to register to pizza with the same pair of gloves on. She was very nice but this was absolutely disgusting. Literally touching dough and cheese the register then the counter then taking money then back to the dough?. The guy in the back making pizzas wasn’t even wearing gloves. this is the definition of septic technique. I could have ignored the pizza being late but NOT the gross mishandling of food. Nasty!

The store was alright it was clean, and I didn't have anything really wrong that I could see or notice. Was your typical vibe overall. The service I had a problem with because they messed up my order, which is fine; I understand mistakes. However, they got my order wrong, almost didn't give me the drink I ordered, and I'm pretty sure now that I've gone to a different location that they didn't give me the extra most bestest cheese I ordered, it was a regular cheese. So, I ended up being overcharged. Not cool. I don't plan to go there again just to avoid that.

Went in to the store located on the west side of Great Falls and was told they are not making any more customer orders, only sell what they have made. It was 8:15pm. The store closes at 9pm, according to the not-so-great female employee. The store was to remain open for 45 minutes but she wasn't going to make any new pizzas? When I asked this, she said "yep." Oh and the internet says store hours are open till 10pm but that hasn't been the case at this location for a while. Managers closing early because they're lazy maybe ? Can't be bothered, by the paying customer, to make a pizza with 45 minutes to spare so that's probably right. Don't go here, tons of attitude and lazy employees
