Went inside to order used kiosk to order it malfunctioned and ordered wrong item had to return to get correct item.Person at drive-thru told me to pull to window 2 which I did and waited until I called the restaurant and they were unaware I was there waiting.

I ordered in store with an employee and I had stuff on the receipt that wasn’t what I said so they fixed it but I realized when I got home that they didn’t even get the happy meal I paid for so they had me paying for extra items I never said I wanted and couldn’t even get a simple happy

Ordered on the app and picked up right when it was ready. Got home and opened the bag, everything appeared to be there. Opened my daughter's box of nuggets and it was filled with a disgusting sauce. Seriously, what even is this! I sincerely hope nobody else was expecting a box of nasty and got chicken nuggets instead.
Big Mac was best I had in the US in the past 15 years. I went to congratulate the manager. She was neat, well dressed and quite professional. Renewed my faith in McDonald's. Keep up the great work.

It's McDonalds. You need to pay more attention to your lobby customers. Not everybody wants to eat in their car or have cold food from Doordarsh. We came in at about 8PM and had to wait 15 minutes to order and then they didn't get the order right. Doordarsh and drive through are not the only customers! Update: we eat here occasionally and like the food, but you need to pay more attention to your presentation. The burgers we got today looked like they stood back and threw them together. Condiments were all over the inside of the wrapper, making it hard to pick up. Take a little more care in your job.Kid-friendliness: Playplace

Nw bypass store is quite dirty, visited 12/7/23, came in front area Noone was working, waited 20 minutes, not worth it, kitchen was a mess and food and wrapping paper for sandwiches were all over. Drive thru was not busy so not a valid excuse. Red head lady was on line making food and directing people but couldn't get help. Owners need to focus on restaurants instead of focusing on women's basketball team! If owner cannot effectively perform all 3 restaurants and balance coaching a basketball team than you might want to change your options!

I go here quite regularly, I love the food. It’s comfort food for me. However every. single. time, whenever I order a burger of any kind, they’re always LOADED with ketchup. There’s ketchup always all over the inside of the wrapper, which then SOAKS the entire top and bottom bun, so whenever I pick them up, I always get my hands covered in ketchup. It makes enjoying my food really difficult when I have to wipe it off with a napkin, and continue to have to wipe my hands repeatedly between each bite.
