I got a text notification saying my food was ready 30 minutes earlier then the time slot I requested. Confused, I decided to shrug it off and left to collect my food. The employees acted like I was an idiot for being there when I was. They told me it wouldn't be ready for another 20 minutes. I'm not sure if the text notification saying that it was ready was a specific person's fault or just the panda express apps fault, however the way it was handled felt less then ideal. Ordered a “Big Plate” as I do quite often through Door dash and I didn’t receive the correct portion, matter of fact it was comical the portion I received.When I went in the next day to confirm what had happened they apologized and made it right. They were very professional, kind and understanding.Thank you for fixing this mess- up.

Slowest service EVER. was stuck in the drive thru for 45 minutes. Why on earth would I do that? Well, because I was locked in by cars behind me and of course in front of me.... when I finally got to the window the lady tossed the food at me... wow... not sure what the issue is with the Panda in Great Falls, but fast is not in their vocabulary.
