Overall a really solid Papa John's. We usually order take-out through the app, and it is always seamless and easy. Order has always been correct and fresh. Have not had any experience with delivery yet, so I cannot speak to that side of the experience.Staff is always friendly in the store and helpful. The Papa Johns on 10th Ave in Great Falls Montana is fantastic! The manager made things right from a previous order from the other store in Great Falls. The manager at the store that made the mistake was rude! Both delivery drivers from the 2 orders were very professional and thanked me for my orders!!!
