Black mold in bathroom and room was a former smoking room that reeked. Booked through air miles so was told they couldn't do anything for us. Just disgusting. Extremely poor service.

The holiday inn itself is really great and was a nice experience. The restaurant that operates inside is really bad on food. I went twice thinking it was a one off the first time but sadly with the same outcome twice. Hire a new kitchen crew please.

Staff was helpful and friendly and room was nice. Didn't hit the pool. but overheard people saying it was good. Hotel getting a facelift but it didn't affect sleep or stay quality. Good experience and I'd for sure stay here again when in the area.

The bed was nice, rooms were terrible, pool was murky. The staff was friendly and helpful but overall my experience was not good. My AC unit went crazy and would not stop blowing cool air and it got down to 52 degrees in the room. I would not stay here again. I guess in their defense it's being renovated but it was not a pleasant experience at all for sleeping.

Very friendly, efficient staff. We used meeting rooms for a family reunion. Very comfortable. Kevin was our waiter the entire time. He was friendly, accommodating, and just top notch. Always smiling and checked frequently for our needs. The food was very good, also. We were there Sept. 12-14, so several meals. Good variety of snacks for the reunion, too. The hotel room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Excellent Staff! Brice and Tony in the bar were very helpful, considering we arrived late in the evening and needed a meal. The breakfast was very good also. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. We will stay here on our next trip to this area.

Went here on a Friday while staying at Holiday Inn for supper. When we walked in at 5:00 the place was busy and found out only 2 people working bar and floor. Sat at the bar and found out it was Happy hour so we got a couple of beers and did get our order placed. I was impressed watching Cameron (sorry if I spelled her name wrong) and Brice work that room keeping up with drinks, orders, service, clearing tables. Hats off to the two of them.. our drinks were never empty the food was great, the fried mushrooms were fantastic, and we never felt like we waited for anything. Best deal of a meal we got in Montana. I'd give them raises they deserve it.

Great Hotel! Frank, George, and Russ are excellent! Great Bar & Casino! Birgin is an amazing bartender/waitress and took really great care of myself and rest of our crew! This hotel is very well maintained and very personable! Highly recommended!

This is our second stay at the Holiday Inn Convention Centre. The rooms are huge, the suite is wonderous. Everyone is extremely friendly and accommodating. The bar and casino are great and kids eat FREE! This is in a safe area, but just a short 5 min drive to downtown. Many nice restaurants and things to do here. We'll be back!
