I ordered a pizza and they said I had the wrong location so they don't call my order in to the other store or transfer my call to them they expected me to hang up and call the other store after he already took my order??♂️ you are the same company transfer my order don't put it on the customer have the incentive to help the customer out and do everything you can FOR them. Real amazing customer service ??????. Love the bread/cheesesticks and ranch though lol always have and the pizza is legit but they need to put garlic butter on the crust or do something to jazz it up a bit it's rather bland in the crust department

I have eaten here on plenty of occasions but today just really left me disappointed. I usually love their sandwiches but if you order them the regular way there isn't much meat and cheese. Taking this in mind I order it with extra meat and cheese. Well tonight I get a sandwich with two slices of meat and about a table spoon of cheese. I called to rectify this and got told that is extra meat and cheese. So does that mean if I order a regular sandwich I get one slice of meat and a sprinkle of cheese? I have had extra meat and cheese on my sandwiches before and it was definitely more than two slices and it was overflowing with cheese. The employee I talked on the phone with was extremely rude when I called to see if I could get a refund or a new sandwich. Needless to say I won't be ordering from here again.

Tried calling 3 times, but they didn't answer a single time. I even work 2 blocks away and was able to see a few employees meandering around the kitchen from the open door. Don't know how you stay in business if you refuse to pick up the phone and take orders.

I got some takeout the other week, called it in. The guy on the phone sounded a little snappish, but I ordered it fairly late at night, and I guess he just wanted to get out of there. Can't fault him, and he wasn't awful. Service in the store, likewise, was better. Small storefront, you basically enter the kitchen.Pizza is incredible here, especially for the price, so it was definitely worth it.
Was told 30 minutes got there 40 minutes called as directed to have them bring it and sat there waiting another 15 to 20 and then then only brought it out after I complained.

Hideout lounge, Stageline Pizza. Kristian served us, and advised us of the specials and suggested we have ranch on the side. Nightly specials. Amazing Pizza and cheap drinks. Pool tables and slot machines and bingo. A must visit.

The pizza was hot, delicious, and the perfect size for the price. I got a small cheese and pineapple pizza for less than $9. The only awkward part was trying to discern where to pick up and pay because the big pick-up here sign led straight into the area where I could see the staff busy making pizza. They were quick to come and help me when I made my way inside the bar area.
