The past two times I have ordered from this location I have not received what I ordered. They have just comped the items I have ordered. Today I called to see what was going on and the manager hung up on me and was EXTREMELY rude. Will never be ordering from said location again.

I stopped on the way home and got a Mexican pizza meal with Baja blast. I didn’t take it drink or the pop until I got home. When I called them I was told I would have to drive back to the west side to get a new drink I live close to the deaf and blind school. They wouldn’t do anything else for me. I will stop at one of the five other places that are also on my way home from now on

I don't usually eat here but stopped to get my parents a burrito. The drive-thru had about seven cars so I went inside. I was the only person inside. It only took a minute for them to notice me but they did greet me with a smile. The establishment was clean which is always nice. I use the bathroom which was also clean and when I came out my food was ready. The only issue was the fries. They felt like they've been sitting out all day. They were not warm and quite gross.
This is probably the best taco bell experience I've had. The food always tastes fresh and they get my order right almost every time! (Occasional mix ups happen and when it has they've been quick to fix em.)

More than 5 times now my food has been poor quality as well as the order asks for no sour cream but it comes with sour cream. Getting sick of "drive time" being a bigger issue than food quality. I don't recommend this taco bell store, I've heard good things about the other two but not this one.
