Don’t know why this place has so many negative reviews. The day my friends and I ate here we had no issues. I ordered a taco salad and it was delicious. The taco shell bowl was crispy. The customer service was alright. I would definitely eat here again.

I will never return to this Taco John’s.Tonight we arrived around 6:30pm and were the only people in line, and no cars were parked in either parking lot. We only ordered two meals. Our order was given to us incomplete, missing an item entirely.We went back through the drive thru and were given the missing item in addition to sauces and napkins that they missed the first time. Upon arriving home, I realized the item was incorrect. Look at how they cut this product as well!This is completely unacceptable. If it was a busy Friday night, I could excuse this behavior—but it wasn’t.

Needed something quick for lunch and had been craving an apple grande, I couldn't get it though as they were out of apples. That's okay, it's a popular seasonal item and they probably make a lot of them. So I ordered something else I thought might be quick. There was two cars in front of me & a couple behind. I waited about 20 minutes before getting to the window and they gave me a price almost triple of what had been quoted what I ordered so I questioned it. She rattled off an order that definitely wasn't mine so I told her what I had ordered. She shut the window without saying anything & kept looking at her screen. Opened the window again, asked what my order was then asked if a car in front of me had left. (Well, yes. They had ordered before me, I assume they'd get their food before me). She then shut the window again without saying anything and kept looking at her screen then yelled something toward the back. Apparently they gave my order to someone else?!? Thanks for the long wait for nothing. This place has just gone downhill, guess I'll try a different mexican place when I need a quick lunch. Not worth the wait time or all the bad orders we've gotten in the past few months.

Tacos ? were cold, and potatoes were barely warm . Tacos had the right amount of filling from Meet and lattuce... etc . It tasted good it just a little cold for being freshly served.
