Place was very busy. Drive through was long line ups. Was 12:30 on a Friday we went inside to order. Had ordered Dave’s double with fries and drink, Also jr bacon cheese burger meal. The service as very good and the food came out fast and hot. Only problem was no creamsicle frosty. Sold out. Must be good. Stopped next day for one. Yes it was very good.

Man the food was decent but overall the workplace is not it. My fiancé worked there and the amount of times she came home about managers yelling at her and touching her when she told them she doesn’t like being touch is insane. Coordination with food is awful as far as everything nobodies getting trained to the standard.

Not usually one to complain, but man, this was the wrong day to the wrong person. Wife is probably traumatized. She just finished puking for a good 20 minutes. Glad I didn’t order, but also wish it had been me instead. Please do better. Our evening’s been ruined.

So we ordered Wendy's off of door dash and we got our food the dasher was amazing she was so sweet and she communicated well with us but when we got our food inside and opened everything usually when you order a Dave's double it comes with everything on it I got meat and cheese with mayo and ketchup on it, when I checked to see if I ordered wrong my order had all the fixings for the burger listed but that is definitely not what I got. So in my opinion they just got lazy and didn't care to do there job right I know fast food isn't fun but you choose to work there for a paycheck I would just think someone would just follow the recipe of what they are making then people wouldn't be disappointed all in all at least I got my food just not what I paid for ?.

I went through the drive through, the speaker person was nice but all 3 workers I interacted with wouldn't even smile it acknowledged that I was saying thank you or anything. In the second window I looked in and there was litterly a HUGR pile of garbage in the floor. I worked fast food, I understand busy periods but this was straight food and napkins being just left in the middle of the floor. We got the chicken wrap and the salad. Food was good hot and well put together.
Paid extra for a medium fry and I opened the bag up to a very sad half full container of fries (and no, none were spilled in the bag)

Waited for almost half an hour to order food because it took 10 people to work in door dash orders that should have already been bagged and waiting..the person who was supposed to be taking orders kept getting asked to do other task aside from take lobby . The customer service at this location is absolutely atrocious!

Food was soggy burgers were cold lettuce tomato sauce was wilted chili was lukewarm no spoons napkins etc. And it was not even busy. All in all the WORST Wendy's I ever been to. They need to step up in management and fire the ones running
