“My wife and I went in today for lunch, they were out of onion rings, fries and hot sause. You know that was no big deal! Customers should be prepaired for things like this these days. The Chicken was hot tasted fresh and the coleslaw was verg good according to my wife! ( I don't touche the stuff.). Staff was friendly and helpful.“
“Doors locked, a SIGN would've been nice. 4 cars parked got out w/ kids. Go to door to find out it's locked. 3 drove off, other 1 got in drive thru line like we did. Little frustrating. Girl at window very happy and courteous. Approx. 3-3:30 pm on a Thursday.“
“McDonald's was open thru Covid. The crews showed up every day, and helped the business stay going. As u know, people still needed moneyto pay their bills, and McDonald's still was there for you. Covid affected everyone, and how business was done, and changes of how to get things done and still be safe was always in all our minds, but I think business's also got to see where changes needed to happen and also really see and value their workers. And in Missoula and surrounding areas, the workers were treated well in consideration for more or less hours. McDonald's has a great group of workers, some who were there thru it all and newbies ready to learn. So please, let people know they are doing a good job, when you can. It is so nice to get positive feedback. If you have a problem, ask to talk with a manager bc they will do whatever to make a wrong right. Respect is a two way street. Have a good day.“
“Wonderfull place things have definitely improved for the better breakfast was excellent this burger King is totally trying to turn it around seriously I don't know how people can complain about anything till they have served in the industry themselves these people are working hard sometimes get really busy and some things get overlooked it happens took pics totally clean looking good“
“Old Montana, neighbors taking care of neighbors.Used Naps to cater for a funeral. Every staff person I interacted with was caring and compassion. They had everything ready to pick-up, did not rush us but also got us in and out quickly. Went above and beyond! So accommodating! Very thankful we went with them for this event. Food was great too!“
