I doordashed at around 11 pm the restaurant was 2 minutes away and they confirmed my order at 11:05 the delivery time was 11:28 to 11:32 but right at 11:31 my order got cancelled and the restaurant closed I slept hungry after a long flight because of that. They cancelled my order last minute and all restaurants were closed by 11:30 so couldn’t order anything else. Pathetic experience.

I've been here a few times and the service is hit and miss. Today I stopped just to get a coke. Pulled up to the second window after paying and nobody there. several cars lined up behind me and still nobody there. The guy that took my money and window one rushed up to the second window as soon as he could. I could hear him chewing someone out for not being at the window doing their job. He got me my drink and apologized. I saw some young kid in the background finally walk from the back and totally ignored the window. Oh, and $2.79 for a small coke. I won't be back!

So I have no idea who these other reviewers are giving this place low ratings, but this is my favorite Burger King in Helena! Unlike the other two burger kings in Helena, which are busy and small inside, here there is plenty of room and off meal times it's super relaxed and not busy.Not only is it new, and huge inside, but it's clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly. Everyone has been nice here but especially the afternoon and evening crew. David has been really nice to us, and also Trinity, but Joseph seems to be the master of customer service. He is Outgoing and goes WAY out of the way to make my kids happy! He really makes them feel welcome, and me too. That's VERY unusual these days!It's close to our church so it's nice to come when we're leaving service or worship practice. They even have a little video game console for my kids to play free games.The other burger kings should pay attention to how things are done at this one, they can learn something. I've felt essentially like a number when I ordered and ate there. Not so here! It's worth the extra drive away from the freeway.Good job Joseph and crew!!

I gave these guys the benefit of the doubt too many times. I swear I've been there when only one person has been working. One time I sat at the drive thru waiting to order for 15 min. When they finally showed up they had to give me a list of everything they were out of first. Which were so many things, they were never going to be able to place my order. Another time I had to park and wait for my food.... it never came. I had to call and ask them where it was. They had no idea what I was talking about. I had to tell the guy three times my order over an hour span. Ya, I know I'm an idiot for putting up with it that long. When I finally got my order, a quarter of it was right. I swear they must have thrown in every mixed up order from that point of the night to try to make it right. I went home with more food but not even close to what I ordered. The manager was doing his best and begged me not to call his supervisor. When your store is that bad The owners need to show up and start working. Shame on you owners, allowing your staff to fail like that. You are always short staffed and out of product. You might as well close.
Fraud at its finest, they will gladly charge you for product they don't have even though order was placed thru their website. General manager says we can give your money back because you ordered on app. Seems like meth is a hard drug for people to work under the influence of, you have been reported as a fraudulent charge on my account. What the hell Butger King hire some people with the comprehension skills of a 3 year old and your store would at least function. Garbage place, garbage employees figure it out
