I picked up 4 cookies and when I got home one of them didn't have the frosting on it. I called them and explained what happened and they said if I would drive back up there they would fix it but I was unable to that tonight so I guess it's my loss. The cookie is still good but would have been better with frosting. also when I asked if I got my points he said yes and when I look I didn't get them. I love Crumbl! This is a weekly treat for my daughter and I. I just wish they would turn the brightness down on the drive thru order board. It's so bright at night that you can't even look at it to see what they have. Thank goodness I have the app on my phone!
