Took a group of 5 for first time to Jalisco. No waiting, good space and atmosphere. Waited a bit longer than expected to place order of drinks n food. Not a long wait for food prep. Once food arrived, delicious! Will return. Might be favorite Mexican joint in Helena.

Take out order was not ready on time. Then found that they didn’t even fulfill the order properly after I had left and we unpacked to eat. Missing enchiladas which was an entire meal. Rice is too salty and not fresh. Waste of money.

We've been meaning to check this place out for a while. Such a welcoming atmosphere. The hostess was very friendly and smiley. The young man (blonde, muscular) who served us was friendly, prompt and funny! The food came out so hot, the portions are HUGE and it was authentic and tasty! We felt very taken care of. We definitely recommend and we will be making this our regular spot for Mexican food.
The food, and service, were excellent. Some of the best Mexican food I have ever had.I have been there multiple times.. The interior is a little dated, and rather spend tens of thousands on a fancy remodel, they kept the prices more than reasonable, and the ingredients top notch. Served hot, and also the best salsa ever. Oh yes, they also passed the dealbreaker test. They gave me check at the table rather than one of those greedy tablets suggesting enormous tips while thr server stands there waiting. I avoid those establishments. Wish everyone would until the greedy tablets go away. Hghly reccomended

Worst place to eat. Worst guacamole (brown). I ordered a coffee, a plate of chilaquiles, and a chicken flauta. The coffee that they served me was extremely cold. I asked them to brew a new cup of coffee, which they right away fixed. However, to my disappointment, the flautas had enchilada salsa on it and the server didn't mentioned that. When i asked her what is on them? She simply kept quiet and stared at me as if i was asking a crazy question. So i had to ask individually whether or not the flauta is served with lettuce , sour cream , cheese, and guacamole. At the end i asked her: “so thats all that comes with it right?” And she confirmed. But when i got my order it had tomatoes and salsa. To fix it, the kitchen just flipped the flauta upside down so that i wouldn’t see the salsa instead of making a new one .. HAHA …. the guacamole was brown, not fresh. Check the pictures of other reviews even though they are rating 5 stars but you can clearly see the guacamole dark brown.. after mentioning to the server, she said she will mention to manager. But at no point did she apologized. Manager was of no help either … very unprofessional. First thing manager said when she came to our table was: “can i get you a to go box?” Instead of apologizing and asking to fix my plate. Funnier thing is that she ask if i wanted a to go box while holding my receipt and asking for payment. She lacks customer service and the staff including manager doesn’t care for their customers. Their 5 star reviews are fake.My husband just bought a hotel 5 minutes away. I will definitely make a note so that we make sure not to send our guest to this place!

Food is average. Same as the food cross town at Melaque. Same as food at many that have closed in many towns like Bozeman and East Helena. Last time I ate here they charged me extra for salsa. Never have I been charged extra for salsa at this restaurant, or any Mexican restaurant. My typical two chicken enchiladas meal that comes to under $13 was over $19. I won't go back. I could have went to next Mexican restaurant on the block and had a better flavored meal for that price. Too much competition to discourage a regular restaurant customer from patronizing your business.

The place was empty when we arrived at dinner time, maybe a hint. The service was excellent, the staff was very nice. The restaurant was very clean. The issue was the food. It had absolutely no flavor at all. Both of our meals were very bland and that's the last thing that I wanted at a Mexican restaurant. Maybe it was just an off night, but I don't think that I'd go back.
