I work at Safeway Fuel and Jimmy John's is right behind our building. I usually get the same sandwich and it is always outstanding. Great service and friendly employee's. #9 Italian unfortunately had some stray onions in the sandwich and it got rang in as a favorite combo which I believe was then supposed to have a side .. but still tasty and excellent

I have been a fan of Jimmy John's for years. Their sandwiches have gotten progressively worse and so has their customer service. I also came in today to redeem my free birthday sandwich and they wouldn't give it to me because I accidentally entered my birthday incorrectly in the app years ago. I showed them my ID to prove that my birthday is today, but instead they were rude to me and told me they can't do anything about that. I've worked in places that offer free birthday items and I couldn't imagine just refusing someone their free birthday item even after they showed me their ID. The guy at the register was very rude, I wish I would've gotten the other cashier because he seemed to be the only friendly one there. Very upsetting and extremely disappointing. Do better!

We're so I begin? Ordered at 715 in the evening. We didn't get our order until 805. Guess what. It wasn't correct. Sandwich wasn't cut which was requested. There wasn't any cheese on it which I ordered and paid for as an extra. I ordered onions on the club lulu for my wife but I guess that's ok because I got them on my sandwich. I'm guessing that I could pick them off my sandwich and put them in my wife's?On the up side we received a bag of jalapeno chips which we didn't order.I normally wouldn't gripe but this isn't the first time Jimmy didn't get it right in Helena. The process seems to be broken.
