I've been in the jorgensen's inn and suites in other cities but this one here in Helena's just isn't quite up to par ask questions and it's like they don't know the answers to it and say they're not sure and and how long you been working there oh two years and you don't know the answer yeah not real impressed with the Helena Jorgensen inn & suites

The Ramada is an excellent place to stay! Very reasonable rates, super friendly staff and service second to none. The Ramada is in an excellent location, has great food and a very comfortable lounge! I have been staying at this Ramada for many years and have always had great stays!

Our stay was excelent We had a small problem with the heat and they solved in less than 5 min. Staff was very friendly Breakfast no much options but was very delicious. We hsd s dinner there as well and was so taste. A place that for sure I'll be back

What a surprise! Our room was newly remodeled, clean and spotless. Pleasant and helpful staff. Bit of road noise, but it quieted down early and didn't start to early; never interfered with sleep. The kicker for this place was the complementary breakfast, a restaurant instead of a breakfast bar!

The rates are competitive, took advantage of the lounge attached to the hotel and complementary breakfast in the restaurant (skip the sausage) or choose another option. Clean, restful sleep and fwy accessible.

Could use a bit more cleaning, but staff are great and friendly. The on site restaurant, Roots, has a wonderful staff as well. Bat and casino also on site and within walking distance to many restaurants and shopping.

My friends and I stayed 1 night at the Ramada on our way to Utah and 1 night on the way back to Canada. When we first arrived, we had the best customer service from Kristin at the front desk. She went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Not only did she provide us with a good room and rate, she took the time to give us suggestions on where to dine and explore. If we ever come back to Helena, we will be staying there again.
Not one complaint! Room was very clean but the TV didn't work and they never were able to get it working right but we got a few channels. The service was excellent the location was excellent and the room was excellent well except for the TV

The booking and check in process was easy. The front desk staff was friendly. The room did smell stale when we first arrived but otherwise was clean and the A/C worked. The beds and pillows were so comfortable (if you like soft/fluffy beds). The complimentary breakfast was good but a small portion. It was a good value for the price we paid . I would stay here again.

The pool,hot tub area is an artistic mural wonder. There is a lift to get in and out of the pool, but we couldn't figure it out and with a little help from a coworker I finally got out of the pool when my knee locked up. The hot tub was much easier to navigate after a long day of inventory. And I was very thankful for the very accessible parking by the rooms and the wonderfully comfortable beds. They give out vouchers for breakfast but unfortunately I never got a chance to try them, but the little fridge and freezer in the room was big enough to put leftovers from the amazing Chinese and Mexican restaurants we went to and still have room for my iced coffee jug, my water bottle and they had wonderful chamomile tea that I made and iced in my 3rd bottle. It's rare to find a tiny fridge freezer that can hold all that and with being on the road it's those little things that truly make the difference.

Overall, a good deal, especially compared to some over-priced hotels in Helena. Hotel is in the middle of a mess of construction and multiple buildings, but it functions well. Room was clean and well-maintained, breakfast was fine.

Customer Service is unbeatable. Our travel schedule was chaotic. Ms Jamie picked us up at the airport at an unscheduled time, gave us a great tip on a walkable Mexican restaurant that was delicious and all with a smile on her face!! The next morning, Robert got up at 4am to take us back to the airport. He even parked outside our room so we did not have to lug our bags to the lobby. Again, all with a smile on his face!! Room was comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay here again!!
