Went to the drive through, had to go park around the corner and wait for my cold food to arrive. Should have been ready by the time I got to the window or at least hot when I got it. Rthen the hand it to the person in front of me. Not sure I like non employees touching my CLOD food.

They forgot my nuggets ? to be fair. We did have a big order. And we went through the drive thru.
Food was worse than usual. Burgers were slopped together and fries were cold. Shakes were runny, and they forgot a few items. All in all, it was terrible.

Some weird woman employee with curly hair and a mask on walked in to the men’s restroom while I was using the urinal and just stood there staring at the wall while I took my pee and washed my hands. What the the world?

First off this McDonalds is right next to my work so that’s convenient. The service was good and quick. They got our order out fast but they charged us for medium fries and drinks and they gave us smalls. They messed up big time ??
Just doesn't feel the same anymore it's not as good as it used to be but it's okay for the price you pay for the most part but orange juice is insane

Solid McDonald's here in Helena. I got the sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin and it hit the spot. I was hungover but what can I say did taste pretty good. It's still McDonalds... but the service is really good here!

Maybe I'm just getting old, but I remember when McDonald's was McDonald's. Now I feel like I'm going to a poor man's Starbucks that happens to serve some okay tasting food. The food has gone downhill, the service is almost non-existent now that there's computer screens in there, and the prices have gone through the roof. That's why we used to eat fast food, because it was cheap. Now it cost the same as going out to a restaurant.
