The food is okay but it was hard to want to eat it because there was nothing left. Also, your arcade is overcrowded. I smell everyone's stank and I can't move and everything is broken and everything was so disgusting. Especially the tables.

I would like to recommend this business, but sadly I can not. The first time we were there for lunch and it was very good and you can't beat the price. Especially for seniors. The second and third time there were a disappointment. Dirty tables, nowhere to sit. Had to bus our own table to sit down to eat. Many dirty tables and nobody cleaning them. Limited variety of food due to it not being replenished promptly. We tried a fourth time and probably final time. We left before paying and eating as the food tables were bare and once again many dirty tables that needed attention. We will not go back. The concept and food are decent if you are able to get it, and the price is good also. But, availability of food is a problem and the dirty tables are inexcusable. I will check this establishment off of our list!

I stumbled onto this place for lunch. $12 buffet, consisted of pizza, salad bar, fried chicken, mashed potatoes and several other things I didn't try. Everything was delicious, i left full to say the least.

So we went there for dinner this evening, and every time that we were finished and we wanted to get a dessert before we decided to leave there was no desserts over an hour with no desserts put out the chicken was good. The pizza was good the JoJos were good but some people like a desert and when you wait over an hour and they put out one cookie and two ladies go up and take the whole cookie. Well what does that tell you

So usually the Pizza Ranch here in Helena, MT, is great but this time, and the last two times, I was let down. The chicken looked and tasted like it's been completely dehydrated from sitting under the warmer all day or more! This seems to be the case for most of the foods up there! The biscuits were veey hard and burnt!!! Very disappointing to see. especially since it costs easily $70+ just for me and my family to eat here!!! But the service and employees are always helpful and friendly! I only wish that i have something better to say about the food the last few times had come here for dinner!!

We visited Helena, MT, to visit another capitol of a state. While we were exploring the city, we went to Pizza Ranch. I go to Pizza Ranch when I travel because I love pizza. Sadly, this was the worst experience of them all. For the salad bar, the lettuce was wilted, and some of my other favorites looked a day past their expiration date. The pizza was satisfactory, I ordered my regular choice, but the buffet bar pizzas were poorly made with sporadic toppings. The dessert pizzas were overcooked. I don't know if it was a bad day or what we experienced was typical. I would not return here.

We came back again finally and had a GREAT experience. They were SO SWEET, namely Lesley the manager. We came in and explained that my wife cannot eat any dairy or meat, and so they didn't even charge us for her to have a small salad! Like they let her eat for free! That was really nice, and the food was really good this time too! Better than last time. The cheese sticks were just as good, and so was the fried chicken, and the pizza was hot and fresh. I absolutely loved the cinnamon desert pizza, and this time the ICE CREAM MACHINE WAS WORKING!!! Yay! It was my middle daughters birthday and when I told them that they volunteered to get the crew together to come sing her happy birthday. We brought our own cake in and they didn't mind. So after we ate and then played video games and got prizes, with the manager Leslie very patiently waiting for my girls to make their prize selections, I got the cake ready, and they all came out and sang for my daughter. VERY KIND AND OUTSTANDING SERVICE!We will definitely be back. Thank you for a great time Leslie and crew!

I have celiac and pizza ranch used to offer the best gluten free pizza crust I’ve ever had but now they have changed their crust to a thin gross tasting crust so now I will no longer be going to pizza ranch. It was my only place I could go for gluten free. Change back to the thick crust that was actually awesome and get rid of this thin crust that’s super gross

We ordered the chicken pack deal which was supposed to be an 8 piece, family mashed potato and gravy, and 6 biscuits for $26. Didn't get any biscuits at all, chicken was over cooked, and not nearly enough gravy for the family sized potatoe. Wont be back

Go here for the chicken, not the pizza. The chicken is probably the best that you will have in your lifetime. The pizza you will eat will never want to have another piece again. This place is about the chicken, not the non bussed tables, not the cleanliness, this place is all about the chicken. There is a fun zone for kids, that's in the back so you should be safe from a bunch of whiny bratty kids running around.

I have to say the chicken has to be some of the best in town. Pizza's are always great, with a wide selection. All the Staff is very friendly from the Cashier to the bus help. The kids bussing tables do a great job of clearing plates as you go, no one like to sit with a stack of plates. And of course the kids love to play in the game room. Great all around place for everyone. Highly recommend!!

I got into town late and traveling all day wanted to have their buffet. I get there at 8:04 pm and they were taking it down. The manager said they shut down the buffet at 8:00 and I would need to order from the menu. I’m not going to order some of everything on the menu. Not a smart decision on her part IMO so I went to Buffalo Wild Wings. Patrons have choices so why not help them vs force them?

Not a place an adult without children would eat. The food isn't the highest quality nor is it the freshest. Plus you have 10,000 little kids running around having a good time. If you have kids though this is the place to go. Games for them and unlimited soft drinks. Buffet style food means there's something for everyone. Especially those picky kids... :-)

Yo I don't know why this place only has three stars the pizza was f****** fire. The chicken was perfect and afterwards my daughter and I played games in the arcade for like an hour it was really fun
