Why do I have to stand in line and wait for online orders to be made? I only have a certain amount of time to park walk in and try to attempt to get something decent to eat. Also, the vegetables don’t look fresh.

Terrible staff. Never had a problem with their staff until today. One of the employees was acting like it was the end of the world that they had to do their job. He was rude the entire time and was making remarks about my appearance.

Terrible workers, hygiene was non-existent. tried using a coupon and paying with debit card and was denied because the internet was down, which is fine. None of that irked me, but they way they let a customer, (who also seemed to be an employee of the joint) in with their non service dog in the place. Who was aggressively barking at the employees for trying to pet it drew the line for me. Then stating that the dog has issues trusting men, so she gets aggressive. First off, this person should have been removed from the premise. Secondly, I’m all for training your animal, but if your dog starts becoming aggressive in stressful situations that YOU put them in, maybe you shouldn’t own one. That’s just being careless. Do better, people.

Went in at 3:06 to get a sandwich. Ended up waiting 25 minutes before i was even waited on when I was the second person waiting. And when I was finally gotten to, the person with the name Ethan on his nametag said "pause for the cause" and farted while reaching for the bread. While putting together the sandwich he was constantly rubbing his nose with his sleeve and sniffling. I ripped off the section of bread that his sleeve touched but who knows I may still get sick from it. We'll see.

Slow service, dirty shop, imperfect subThe assistant seemed to be slightly handicapped, and that's ok.He didn't smile or apologize for taking 10-15 minutes to make just a couple of subs but bombarded me with personal questions about my nationality and life in the US, and failed to grill my sub enough (perhaps he didn't pay attention to the oven settings). The floor was very dirty indeed.The management may be the one to be blamed. Although it is always wonderful to hire handicapped people, it doesn't mean they can greatly compromise store experience and the quality of meals. The shop needs one more assistant who will be able to help the shop, customers, and that handicapped employee.

This location has really gotten bad. The place is super dirty, the staff was not professional or clean. The bread was rock hard. We hadn't gotten food from there in years and it will be years before we do again.

Order off door dash, had like 6 veggies and when I got my sandwich it was sloppy and poorly made missing like 4 out of the 6 veggies that were requested your staff need to do better, it's not that hard to read the orders that come

Extremely slow service, unclean, did not make sandwiches to satisfaction. Used way too much dressing so sandwich was soggy and paper wrapping was soaked. The people behind us got tired of waiting and left. Will not be going back.

I’d give 0 stars but unfortunately google makes me out 1. 4 of my 5 sandwiches are all wrong. The chicken bacon ranch didn’t even get the bacon put on it. The tomatoes for the cold cut sandwich are on the chicken bacon ranch sandwich. The two plain rotisserie chicken sandwiches are smothered in Mayo when they were specifically said to be condiment free. None of the sandwiches have cheese on them and they were all ordered with cheese. Last time I order through the app and definitely the last time I visit this location.

Rude employees, lobby is disgusting , floor is unswept , tables had crumbs all over them , employee was very rude and in a bad mood , highly don’t recommend this place .

I placed an online order while I shopped in Walmart. I finished early and sat and waited for my food. I heard them complaining about making my order while I was sitting there waiting. They complained about everything on the order especially about the bacon. The sandwiches were poorly made and they were rude to me the entire time I was there. Would not go to this subway again. The other subways are much kinder and keep their store clean. The Walmart subway was messy and personal items of the employees were visible the entire time. One employee took a personal call while I was waiting for my sandwich and they left mine sitting on the counter while they made others took an hour to make mine. They forgot my green peppers and we asked for a footlong pro and only got a regular footlong. Would not recommend coming to this subway over others.
