I tried to order online. The sandwich I chose was $5.59, but when I added to my pick up bag, it was $6.49 everytime. No rhyme nor reason why. Other than bait and switch

So hungry. So tired from moving my entire household 2 states away (leaving tomorrow). No signage stating Subway policy of not accepting $100 bills. (The young man told me to go elsewhere, get change, then return for my no-longer-warm sandwich.) So, when my husband was able to comply with the young man's demand for smaller denominations, but had the audacity to mention the lack of posted policy, the young man told my husband to never come back. Lesson learned, Young Sir! Snap-decision policymaking has taken the place of courtesy. Since we're moving away, he had no idea we actually won't ever be back to this Subway, but my son still lives here. He's going to visit the manager for me, since I couldn't find a way to contact them directly. All I wanted was something to eat.

Asked for the pit smoked brisket sandwich. Picture shows full of brisket I got two thin strips. All bread no meat charged $10 not worth it

Typical Subway. The employees are friendly and fast. You can't go wrong. One of the few places in Helena that carry sugar cookies. Give them a try.

Horrible customer service. Three women working one was making a sandwich and when she got done there was myself and another person in line. She then grabbed the tip jar and went to the back where all three women started arguing about who got what tips. Doesn't even deserve one star. After standing in line for five minutes I took my business else where.

The lack of stuff put into the sandwich was ridiculous one employees at this restaurant lifted he's head back constantly so you could see up his nose and see the crusty boogers in his nose the lack of common courtesy for the people who have an apatite. The only reason i say that they give 2 stars is because it was cold outside and I needed to get away from it. The quality of the food was terrible but with the lack of food on the sandwich it was honestly hard to tell if it was even food. the cleanliness of the restaurant is sub-par with food all over the ground, the bathroom was discussting and the soap dispenser not even used implying that the employees are not washing there hands. The employees also lack the respect for other humans to change their gloves after they "accidentally" spill sauce all over them.

I love subway, but this was bad.

This was an egrigiously, horrendous experience. The first red flag was in the beggining of my ordering process in which the employee sliced my sandwich in two before completion. This simple error allowed for my sandwich to be lacking in some sense. The employee wore his hat so low that he had to strain his neck in order to make eye contact. This lack of respect is the main reason this establishment failed. At the end of my order I received no napkins. Absolutely astounding how little everyone cared. The tip jar was empty. I now see why. I'm at literally gaw at the memory of the employees. The decor was subpart, rust everywhere. Reminds me of a pretentious coffee shop trying to be something it's not. The fireplace was dirty as I've ever seen. Thank you, I now stand open for cross examination

Only one employee here doing everything. And they had no mayo and no meatballs. Yes worst Subway I have ever been too.

I advise everybody to stay away from this subway!!! We came in around 7 and noticed the chairs were on the tables so, we assumed they had closed early. The door opened and we asked the only employee there if they were opened and she said, and I quote, "Door opened, didn't it?" In a very rude tone. When we got up to the counter we started ordering, and when I asked for a tuna melt the employee said she couldn't because she had allergies to the tuna, and didn't want to risk it. Even though she was wearing long sleeves and gloves. And my first thought is, do other people not exist?? Did everybody dislike this lady's attitude so much they all quit? It was even two hours before they closed! We did get a discount as an apology. The sandwich I ordered instead wasn't very good. It was a toasted teriyaki sandwich and that was a pretty bad choice. If you want to go to a subway, go to the one on great northern blvd. The service there is nice and their food tastes better.

I ordered a salad, informed them of my gluten allergy. They were beyond amazing about it. I appreciate it. Great service!

The fat guy working there in the mornings always gives me a bad attitude. Dont eat there in the morning if there's a fat bald Hispanic guy working there.

One of the best looking Subways I have ever been in. The restaurant is clean and has a nice modern design. The employees are all nice and management is quick to respond to problems. This is definitely the Subway to go to in Helena.
