Just now placed a rather large 6:20 pm (2/14/24)order for 3 adults and 1 child in the drive-thru. The order was 80+ dollars.I paid with a 100 dollar bill at the window and as the employee at the window was giving change she said "Oh, people must be getting their taxes back!" Which I found very rude and disrespectful. I am a single mom and I do have a job and I work like everyone else and paid for that food with MY money from MY paycheck that I worked for to receive.She also left the window open and berrated and yelled at the other employees for filling the bags too heavily. While I understand that she has carpal tunnel-she shouldn't be yelling at the other employees in front of other customers (or at all).
I understand that it’s FAST food, but it doesn’t need to be almost cold food. Service was prompt and friendly and the food did taste good, but it is discouraging to pay a decent amount for a meal and have it be barely even warm.

Food can be good but customer service is bad came in two times after getting my food for my mozzarella sticks and second third time I came in the manager was rude the food is the only reason I’m giving this two stars, manager shouldn’t be working the job if they can be polite to customers who nice until they’re rude. Poor customer service

Went in for a door dash pick up. Manager was extremely rude and short. Had all of what was pictured on the counter for 10+ mins, screams food poisoning to me.
