“Stumbled upon this bakery when it was newly opened, and I was wonderfully suprised at how allergy friendly and still delicious it was. At the time everything else you could get if it was even available tasted like cardboard.?? Anyone who has had gluten allergies for a few years remembers! Since then, her demand has grown exponentially, and some of her products are carried in local stores, which is great when I make it to the flathead and miss her hours. My absolute favorite place in the world, truly! I must also mention how sweet the owner is and that she does made to order as well.
