Not good at all; whole menu needs a revamp. No locals go there. If you are in from outta town drive 5 blocks to MT club, good but not great, or go to Jagz. Best in nw Montana!

Substandard food, sub standard service. Nothing on menu as advertised, nothing cooked as requested, Then it got worse

Extremely slow service. Food did not come as ordered. On the bright side..waitress comped part of the meal. Food was bar quality. Will not return.

Molly is awesome! Most likely the reason people come back in the off season. The food was ok. The pork tenderloin was over cooked unfortunately. It paired well with the sauce they gave you. The menu is very limited, kinda sad actually. If it wasn’t for the Hilton garden inn being attached the place would close.

First impression was nice it was clean and had a cozy vibe the waitress was very sweet and took great care of us and checked on us often which I appreciate. The food is a little pricey but it tasted great. The bartender makes some damn good drinks and at first I was eh about her cuz she looked crabby but she turned out to be very nice and and funny I enjoyed how personal the whole experience was you don’t get that often these days. I will definitely go back next time we are in town!

My boyfriend and I decided to go out here last Thursday night and our bartender was a short girl with dark hair I believe she said her name was molly she went above and beyond with us she treated us like we were her family and not only served us good food but also told us about some fun things to do in town she was one of the best servers/bartenders I have ever had and I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting the area

Bartender, a slim dark haired girl, was extremely rude. When my friend ordered us Cesar's her reply was dry and rude. She said, "make it hard then". If you don't enjoy your job, maybe get a new one instead of being rude and abrasive to the customers. Being a server, I tip...well....but, not tonight!

I would not recommend The Blue Canyon. My wife and I wanted a nice nice out with some good food. We got neither. Our server was generally unhelpful and seemed annoyed that we would dare to come in to her restaurant on a Thursday evening. I asked about the special which was was beef stroganoff. It was listed as: "A blue canyon twist on a classic favorite". I asked the server what made it unique. Her response. "I don't know, I'm not the chef"

I within a mile of this establishment at the crow flies and in an attempt to find a relaxing spot after a long week I wondered into the blue canyon.

I used to like this place. Great environment and if you just stay with drinks your great but horrible service and burnt fish and soggy chips equal a bad dinner however u want to spin it!

We ate there a few years ago and it was a totally different environment the back end of the restaurant was open back then and service was great .......unfortunately it's gone downhill. Service was subpar and food was just ok.

Stopped in for a drink and dessert as the tavern was attached to our hotel. Asked about getting a blended drink and were informed that the blender was broken. Described my taste in wine and the server replied “We don’t have very many kinds” and couldn’t recommend anything so I just picked a random one. My mother ordered a drink which the bartender replied “I don’t know how to make that”. We ordered our drinks and desserts and hoped for the best. Server brought over our drinks and spilled some of my mother’s drink on the table, which she never wiped up, and my wine was spilled down the stem onto the bottom of the glass. Got our cheesecake desserts which were simply pieces of grocery store quality cheesecake cut from the slab and put on a plate without any sort of garnish for $7 a piece. Terrible experience which cost us $27! Won’t be back unfortunately.

So the food was fine but our waitress definitely had attitude and was rude. Not once did she come by and ask if I needed a refill. When I asked for a straw for my Diet Coke she gave me a mixer and she never brought us napkins or utensils. I had a pizza my buddy had a burger and fries. Finally I asked the bartender who was super nice and she brought it to us even though we where done with our meal. The waitress with the bad attitude gave us a wrong check it had beers on the receipt, we didn't order beers. Just a really bad attitude. I needed the check split down the middle expanded what I needed she didn't do it right but the really nice bartender came by and she corrected it right away. Only to have the ride waitress come by and again be rude and say I did it the way you asked roll her eyes and walk away. If you go make sure your waitress has blonde hair not a brunette and you should be fine otherwise. I will add I think she had a issue with out of town folks as she was talking to other folks bringing them napkins and utensils. In fact when we walked out she made a point to turn her back to us and not say thank you for coming. Why I lefts a 15% tip and my partner left cash is beyond me. Her attitude needed to take the day or week off.

Nice atmosphere, very laid back. The bar tenders are nice and the service was on point. I had a rib eye that was cooked perfectly.

To start off I really hate leaving bad reviews but this one is needed! The server was very nice and helpful! I ordered the fish and chips the fish was breaded but it wasn't cooked all of the way so it was very soggy and tasted very gross had a stomach ache the rest of the night from the little I ate the fries were good but nothing special! I won't be going back.
