I thought I made it extremely clear that I wanted two separate meals when ordering in the drive through. After finishing my order, the man reads it back to me, but only for one meal and the drink I wanted with the other one. I pause, and ask "wait that's two meals right?". He says no, asks me what meal I want (which he somehow didn't catch the first time) and tells me the new total. I reiterate it was two meals, he confirms it is, and I think we're all good. Well, we get up to the window and she only hands us one meal and the drink I wanted. I was so baffled I didn't know what to say. The only reason I didn't make a fuss was because she only charged us for one meal, and I had literally no time left to sit there and wait for the other meal. My girlfriend got to eat but I unfortunately did not. I get they were busy, but come on. Super disappointed in the service I received.

didn’t have garden herb ranch but gave me 3 chic fila sauce as a compromise
I don’t live close to a Chick-fil-A so I don’t get to eat at one that often. Tonight I was so disappointed how bad my multigrain bun crumbled apart on my grilled chicken sandwich. I didn’t remember this happening in the past. If this is a new bun from a new distributer, I will not be ordering it again. I ended up eating my grilled chicken without the bun! Left feeling so dissatisfied!

A standard stop for us when we pass through. Good food, great waffle fries, and reasonable service (if you go at the wrong time, it can be a bit of a zoo, but that could be viewed as a good thing, I suppose). One of the better fast-food options in the area.
I recently made a purchase and had my meal messed up two times in a row. I called asking for a refund and they refused. I will no longer be spending another dime with a company that can’t take responsibility for a mistake. I wasn’t even greeted by the shift lead when I arrived the second time to correct my order. I was then accosted by the employee on the phone saying he would not refund me. That’s fine. I’ll spend my money else where.
Just finished eating here and was blown away by it all. The restaurant is clean, nicely decorated and hopping with guests in the lobby. The staff could be seen cleaning tables from recently departed guests immediately. The condiments were fully stocked. The cashier who took my order was friendly and personable. Our meal was served to us, which I would consider above and beyond for “fast food”. My friend and I ordered two deluxe number 2 meals and absolutely were entranced by the perfection of flavors. The waffle fries were salted perfectly. The chicken was tender and juicy. The lettuce and tomatoes were crisp and fresh. Being from Coeur d’Alene, ID, my friend and I were blown away with the amount of high marks we saw here, given how our expectations aren’t very high for fast food joints generally. This was our first impression of the Chick Fil A fast food chain and we will certainly be visiting other locations again. I hope corporate knows how valuable their Kalispell location and team are when fulfilling the potential of what the chick Fil A brand potentially has to offer. This place did GREAT! Thank you guys!

Was there this last Wednesday and it was the worst service I have had. They are usually very good and love them still but this day they were off. Pickup order was wrong, had to tell them they were missing a sandwich and drink before I left. Also ordered dipping sauces that I paid for and got home and they weren't there. Ugh. I think it was a new person, which I understand, but she asked others for help and still didn't get it correct. It happens, most of the time great service and food.
