WOW!!! I called and was put on hold twice before someone actually answered it and helped me.. I hung up after waiting 5 minutes each time.. then the lady on the phone said they were out of walnut for the shrimp with walnuts that I wanted so I asked if they could use cashews and do the same thing, she said yes but clearly did not understand what I was asking for.. I ordered chicken chow mein which comes with crunchy noodles.. when I picked it up I was expecting the restaurant to be absolutely hammered, but it had 3 full tables.. must be getting slammed on the phones.. either way I am staying at a hotel because our house is torn apart and we have no kitchen to cook in, so I was banking on this meal tonight.. 40 dollars and I left a 4 dollar tip and I get back and there are no crunchy noodles for the chow mein, and the shrimp meal is cashew shrimp.. which is VERY DIFFERENT from the walnut shrimp recipe.. absolutely not what I wanted at all.. I called to get them to make it right somehow and they again put me on hold twice before they got to me, and said “well why don’t we make it up to you next time.. because we are an hour and a half out on deliveries” I said no.. you can refund me.. “no we can’t do that there is no manager here” then proceeds to put me on hold to talk to someone and comes back saying she’s talking to the owner and the cashew shrimp doesn’t come with noodles… I KNOW THAT THAT IS NOT WHAT I ORDERED.. the cashew shrimp wasn’t even what I wanted.. and the noodles for the chow mein aren’t here… she has no clue.. so they asked for my number and said they’d call me back… I’m not normally one to get frustrated with food service because I have worked in service my entire life but this was a terrible experience..update: after calling back multiple times the lady finally issued me a refund of all but one thing.. which was the only satisfactory thing in the order… I appreciate the refund but I still won’t be back..

I read a review that someone drove 75 miles to eat here so we wanted to check it out. General Pso was incredible, sweet and sour shrimp and chicken were so 10/10. Everything was great quality and fast service. Highly recommend

I've only ordered pickup and delivery so I can't rate the atmosphere. I will say that the food is pretty great and they have a good choice selection. They always seem to give a good ratio of protein in what we get.
Ordered delivery for about $70 worth. Took an hour, which was as advertised. Delivery guy was polite. The food was not very good. The beef chow mien was honestly the worst I had ever seen or tasted (see pics). The sesame and orange chickens weren't terrible but about halfway down there was so much sauce that it was a soggy, sugary mess. Tapped out there. First time ordering Chinese in Kalispell and likely the last.

Food and service is always amazing! Me and my girl drive 75 miles one way just to come and have date night. Best Chinese food within 100 mile radius of plains. Can't say all of Montana yet. 10/10 would recommend! Favorite menu item is hands down the fried pepper chicken. We'll worth the wait when they're busy throwing orders out the door.
