CMC is closer to my office but I was in a rush today and there was already 3 cars in line so remembering Co-pilot was close decided to run over there. Going back to CMC even if there's a wait after today's experience at Co-pilot. Ordered a 16oz Touch-n-go and according to the board it was $4.25 instead was handed a 12oz which is supposed to be $3.75 but not wanting to make a fuss took it and handed her a $5... She reached out to hand my change back and after pulling forward to allow the next car to order realized she had given me $.50 change. Received the wrong size and was charged for a 20oz at $4.50. Assume either their board has the wrong/old prices on it and needs to be updated... More training is needed on what the cup sizes are and how to make change... Or maybe she's feeling like the tips aren't big enough so she helps herself to that $.75 extra knowing people aren't going to go back through the line to argue over it. Nope I didn't go back through the line but I also won't go back for any more coffee either. ?

I’ve only stopped here two times. I thought I would try it again to see if the wait time was better, however both times have had an excessive wait time of 10 to 25 minutes. When I stopped today there were two cars on one side and I made the third car on the other side. Unfortunately, while I was waiting three cars left on the other side, including two that pulled up after I had already been waiting. It seems possible that they pre-make drinks for people and they just drive-through and pick them up while other people have the excessive wait times times? So maybe if I was a regular, I would get better service? I suppose if the coffee was excellent, it might be worth the wait, but it’s just alright. Nothing that I would wait the 25 minutes I waited today. And, of course once you’re in line, there’s no way out except to wait. I definitely will not be going back.
Big fan of copilot. Service is always exceptional, and the girls are always lovely. Drinks are delicious and made with care and attention to detail. Customer for life Easy 5/5!!

The only thing that bothered me a tiny bit is that they don't have fresh brew, even though it's on the menu.Dietary restrictions: They offer a variety of sugar free syrups.Kid-friendliness: My kids like their smoothies and hot chocolate.

Decent and cheap coffee when you can actually get the girls at the window to stop running their mouth for 20 minutes to a customer who’s already been served. Got served super quick at starbucks while i’m pretty sure the girl was still yapping to her buddy at the window

I stopped on a Friday looking for a breakfast burrito for a friend and I. The sausage breakfast burritos were amazing! Cheesy, melty, good seasoned sausage, eggs cooked perfect and finished on the flattop! So good, quick, and priced right. We tried to go back Saturday morning for another but they were closed.
