Unbelievable! This is the new store across from the Elks club on the south side of Kalispell. Ordered via the web site at 7:36 pm. Got confirmation to pick up pizza at 8:08. Showed up at 8:12. Pizza was not in the oven yet. Told to come back in 20 minutes..... came back in 30 min to ensure it was done. Gave the guy a 50. He said he couldn't make change. The pizza was 19 so he only needed 30 dollars. I said I didn't have anything smaller. He asked for the pizza back. He gave me my 50 back and I drove away, never to return again. I promise!!!

Pretty sad deal. Ordered twice from this location in the last four days hoping first time was a fluke.pizza toppings were so skimpy both b times. Literally 8 pcs of pepperoni on a 8 slice pie. B alone and onion non existent. And cheese was sparse....pretty much $20.00 for some crust. What a joke!!!!

The pizza is good but holy smokes, I could have made my own pizza from scratch in less time than it took to order over the phone which I only did because I was driving. This needs to quicker!

I ordered a pizza tonight at 5:59pm... actually I ordered $80 worth of pizza for delivery to my brother's house and included a $10 tip for the driver. Two hours later the pizza tracker is still showing that my pizzas have not yet been put in the oven. I call and the gentleman on the phone tells me he's training two new people, they've been slammed since 3pm, and that they were putting my order in the oven right now.Domino's advertises that they make things right, yet I didn't even get an apology or really even any indication that my order mattered much. So I called back and politely tell the kid that I understood how frustrating being short staffed is, but that its been 2 hours and my order is still showing that it hasn't been started. I advised that I wasn't trying to bark at anyone but my family is hungry and there was no text or email even explaining that they were thus far behind and I'm a travel nurse working 2 hours away and thought this was handled.This employee responded, "Well I'm not trying to bark at anyone but my boss would tell you to go make your own pizza. So do you want this order still or not?"I replied that I did as long as it was ready. I was informed that it would be another 20min. I hang up then think bout how I was just treated and talked to. I decided to go ahead and make my own pizza... well... I decided to have Little Ceasars make my own pizza, and tried to call back to cancel my order but after 6min of letting the phone ring and no answer, I gave up. So my brother tried calling and they didn't pick up for him either. My brother isn't as nice as I am so he went down to the location amd canceled the order. By this time 2.5 hours had gone by.There is a second location for Domino's in Kalispell that is south of town. They are amazing, on time, and communicate with respect. Don't bother with this location as they would rather have you go make your own pizza, than make a pizza for you.

Weird that this restaurant moved months, maybe even a year ago, yet it wasn't even on Google Maps yet? We did order many times while they were at the old location and it was so-so.Well, we had a terrible experience with this one the other day. We didn't get our food for an hour after we ordered it and when it got here it was cold and therefore greasy because it was sitting under a heat lamp for over a half an hour! The driver, Ren, only said, "I don't know" to my questions and walked away without even an apology.I tried calling the restaurant three times while waiting and after the late delivery, but nobody answered and there was no voicemail.I hope this was just a bad night and that they aren't normally this disorganized and rude. They have a chance to make this right, I put in a call to customer service requesting our money back since we threw most of the food out (the root beer was fine, lol). Hope they do so. Be careful with this one, folks.

We ordered our food at 6:12pm and the email said it would be a 68-78 minute wait. We didn’t get our food until 8:18pm. Over two hours later. I noticed that the domino’s tracker said the quality check after baking was at 6:42pm so our food sat there for that long. I decided to call the store to cancel our order but couldn’t reach anyone until almost 8pm. That’s when I finally talked to a young woman who was polite and apologetic and explained that the food was headed out the door. I decided to chance it anyways because she assured me the quality of the food wouldn’t be effected and we had CHILDREN waiting for food. Our pizza crust was hard and the bottom looked different like they did it wrong. The pizza was cold, the cheese dip was hard and crusted to the bottom of the tin pan, the twists were okay warm and tasty, the stuffed cheese sticks were hot and tasty and the bbq chicken was kind of okay too. Mostly the pizza was sub-par and the issue with the cheese. So we dealt with it and ate it anyways. We can tell you guys are trying your best despite your circumstances but there’s gotta be more communication between the customer and the restaurant. If I would have known it would have taken over 2 hours when I checked out, I wouldn’t have ordered, the restaurant wouldn’t have had an extra order that they can’t keep up with and I would still be a happy customer. I did get an email apology and got to choose either 20% off next order or 60 pie rewards which equals a free pizza. I choose the latter and this is the only reason why I will try again but if this happens again, I will find another pizza joint.

Ordered online which was convenient and mostly easy. Received a confirmation email which had the correct order identified. Did not receive text message requested from the ordering website. Order was picked up and when we got home to eat, one item was left off the pizza order. When clicking on their link on the confirmation email to give my feedback, the review area had the order wrong too. The pizza was also overcooked and they sliced it into small squares which was very strange and inconvenient for eating. Disappointed.

Hot off the press, not like my food which was cold. Placed an online order and watched their little delivery ticker. Ordered it in advance a couple of hours for a 5 pm delivery. The delivery was a little late which is okay and the total was off a bit. That should have been a red flag but the delivery person said no biggie. Brought it in and found out it was someone else's order that lived on the other side of town. I called and called and called. I let their local line, the one on the receipt, ring for over 5 minutes straight on three occasions. So I called the guy who was supposed to get the order they delivered to us thinking he might have gotten our order. Not so fast. Finally, our 5 PM dinner was now an hour late and there is no way to contact Dominoes. We decide to drive from the southside, deliver the order for the other guy and go to the store. At the store there sat our order getting colder by the minute. They gave us 'oh shucks', offered nothing for our delivery of their customer, no offer of 'gee we're sorry your order is free. Back home a scrumptious cold and dried-up dip, garlic knots, and sauces. It was 6:30 and not surprising that we will never return to this joke of a store.

Waited outside for over 45 mins for just a simple Hawaiian pizza... Overpriced and awful customer service... Then found our that they only put 5 little pieces of pineapple in the pizza... Even little ceasar gives you more for 6 bucks...

Ordered Domino's from the Kalispell MT location on October 7th around 7pm for pickup. The 2 minute guarantee wasn't honored as I checked in and waited for over 10 minutes for our pizza to be brought out to the truck. The lady that brought our pizza was extremely rude. Pizza was horrible with very little toppings, not much cheese at all and looked like it was made the day before. Not $40.00 worth of value. Don't order dominos as there adds compared to the actual product are way different. Worse pizza I have ever got.

I ordered dominos it took too long to get girl who delivered it looked like she is on drugs. She made me come out and find her. Food left at 430 almost 6 before I got it and it was too cold. Had to heat it up by microwave just to eat it.

I called to place an order and the phone rang for over 5 minutes. When someone finally picked up I told them the location I was at and she had to look up the address. She found it and I was able to confirm that was it. I was told it would be 30 to 40 minutes for my order to arrive. Over an hour later I called back and again no answer for several minutes. I talked to a different person and he said the driver was just walking out the door. After another 30 minutes I called back and they said the driver couldn't find the hotel I was at. It was literally the only hotel for several miles. And no one ever called to try to resolve it. I would never recommend this place to anyone. There are a lot of other options around. Do yourself a favor and pick literally any other pizza place.
