I was to receive a free chicken wrap with a qualifying purchase. I got to where I was to submit order, and noticed it said "Macaroni and cheese wrap". I didn't want Mac and cheese so I went back in my order to fix this and the promotion disappeared. I went out of the app and started over. The promo was not showing but it said that the wrap was in my bag. When I got to KFC to pick it up, the very Rude gal at the window basically told me that it's not on my order and that they had nothing to do with the app and wouldn't help me. Then I asked if she wanted to see it on my phone and she said again, can't help you, please pull forward. I don't think I will be going back. That was pretty crummy of her to shrug me off like that. If that's the kind of people this KFC hires, then they can keep their darn food! How frickin petty is that!

I've worked here and it's a stressful place to work with the way the manager handles things and everytime someone i know goes there, there is something wrong. i quit early this year but we doordashed an 8 piece dark and got 3 breasts, 1 wing, and the rest dark meat, and only 2 biscuits. i honestly have nothing good to say about this place except for their cleanliness.

Ordered online. Food was ready on time and we actually got everything that we ordered- which hardly ever happens in the flathead valley anymore. Our dinner was fresh and delicious. Thank you!

We go weekly to get potatoes bowls. I worked at this place prior to when in closed. So, I do know how to make them, the gravy is almost non existence. It sucks then we ask for extra gravy and nothing. We have to pay for an extra gravy so we know there is enough gravy. I just don't understand cause when I worked there it wasn't that way.

Why can't the food be as good at the US locations as is is in Europe KFC. Amazing. I think American kfc make it to far in advance. Spain. And Portugal make the US stores look bad.

Food is great but I'm pretty sure I got ripped off today, September 20. I ordered the 3 piece chicken strip meal. Was told it would be $9.39 at the window. The menu also said this price. When I got to the window she said 10.89. I questioned her about it and she said that's how much the meal is. I looked it up after and it looks like $10.89 is the price of a 4 piece meal. No big deal other than I only got a 3 piece. So somehow the price changed from the order spot to the window and I didn't get what I paid for.

I only have one complaint. If I order a meal deal that comes with a half dozen biscuits, I feel like butter, and honey should be something that comes with the meal. And, although I personally prefer 2 packets of each condiment per biscuit, I feel as if each biscuit should come with at least one of both condiments. It's like ordering mashed potatoes and not getting the gravy. Or nachos and not getting the cheese. I mean its "buttery flavored" spread and a "honey like" sauce product. I just spent $77 on some chicken, a couple of biscuits, and 3/4 of a cup of instant mashed potatoes. I'd be willing to bet a nice chunk of change that tossing a couple of 1/3 full packets of faux sauce like condiment products in with the half rack of biscuits I just paid way too much for and are inevitably going to be as dry as the sand in the desert and virtually inedible before I get to them, probably isn't going to send the company, an american institution, into some kind of downward financial spiral plummeting it's stock and net worth nose first into a fire blazen explosion of certain death, forcing the Colonel to close it's doors permanently, and seek out new means of employment at some other lame overpriced fast food competitors location just to make ends meet. Hey Saunders, just throw in some butter and honey with your once superior, but as of late, mediocre at best bone dry excuse you call a biscuit and we will keep coming back for your extremely overpriced and slightly less than average cholesterol bombs you call food. Sound fair to you?
