I stood for a long period of time before the employee came to the counter. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. The employee told me there was no such thing at subway, it was either rotisserie or sweet onion teriyaki (grilled chicken is on the menu). I explained what I was talking about, and she all but called me stupid (going as far as to scoop the meat out to show me what chicken looks like) and told me in the future to not ask for grilled chicken because it would confuse the employees. She then finished making my sandwich, and proceeded to charge me for one of the most expensive sandwiches on the menu. No explanation, no apology, just charged me almost 20$ for a sandwich I didn't even want.It would appear that there is a lack of training.Food was good, and fresh, just an overall frustrating experience. The food and service are top notch! The atmosphere is typical Subway dining... clean, uncluttered, handicap accessible.Its been a while since I have visited this Subway. Lots of new menu items, lots of old favorite bread choices are gone, with some new choices replacing them. Man, have the prices gone up! But then again, anywhere you go out to restaurants...huge price increases! Thanks Biden!I ordered a Tuna salad! Excellent tasting, but the lettuce was old, starting to brown. Never less, I am happy with my dining experience.

I ordered a turkey wrap and had it delivered with DoorDash and it has no turkey on it. I called the store and the guy was super rude.

Some hillbilly looking people were smoking right in front of the door and I have asthma so I waited until they were done. She was even leaning directly on the door so seriously like right in front of the door. I had a feelin that I should have just left but I waited and then after they went in and the smoke cleared out I went in. Then as soon as I walked in another younger man and woman came in and started fighting with the hillbilly looking people. I felt pretty unsafe so I left. Sadly, I won’t return. Maybe that part of town has become sketchy? I wouldn’t be surprised

Went before and just sorry service and attitude. This time there was awesome friendly service!! No excuse of why I can't get something. Leaned over and asked about the wraps and what I wanted and she said sir with a big smile I "can" and will make any wrap you like!! These other big restaurants need to that attitude it was awesome refreshing and the staff seemed to be very aware of the customer and very clean! This was about week ago. Than you we usually don't get treated good like that. You guys are awesome. Whatever you do be the best and they are!!

The lady that took my order was friendly. The sandwich was good and I got it fast. ( no one else was in line) They accepted my coupon. I live in Spokane Valley. Wa. The Subways here do not accept coupons . I recommend this Subway ?
