I had the loveliest employee serve me a few nights ago not only was she super kind but also helped decide what to get in my sandwich she was patient with me ( I’m indecisive lol) and had a big order my whole family LOVED the food even the picky Little’s definitely will be

I love Subway and so does my 7 year old. I think the owner of this Subway in LoLo needs to be made aware that their employees are awful and have made me not order from the LoLo Subway in around 2 years. I hope those particular employees that purposely make your sandwiches bad because they’re mad at the online order they deem “huge” (4 sandwiches!) and don’t want to do it.

Terribly run franchise. Whoever the owner is clearly has no concern or management etiquette. This location is consistently out of ingredients. Today, no lettuce or black olives. Last visit, no spinach, onions, or ham. Previous visits, out of breads, meats, veggies, cups, cookies. I've had bad experiences with staff previously however, recently, they have been very pleasant.
