I would give less than a star if possible. Waited outside for over an hour in the parking lot at 30 degrees with only 2 others in the parking lot to get a visitor pass. I have been to bases all over the world and have never experienced this getting a visitor pass.

Hours are horrible considering the gate refuses to write a visitor’s pass when the Visitor Center is closed.

You have to make an appointment to get a pass. This is absolutely ridiculous! I was turned away when no one was even in there and a girl had her feet on the desk with her phone in her hand! They are not busy at all and we have to wait anywhere from 10 mins to hours. Totally ridiculous!
Visiting hours on website state 7am to 9pm. Which is inaccurate during this pandemic time. You will need to call in ahead of time to make an apt to acquire a visitor pass. This becomes difficult to do when they only answer the phone during their unlisted hours. So if you are calling to make an apt for your family at 8:55 know they wont answer till 9 on the dot. I dont know if this is a wide spread thing but I've never worked at a job where they told me to only answer the phone during operating hours. The guy had serious attitude on the phone which I get we all are unhappy now but I didnt appreciate calling 8 times to only hear endless ringing, no voicemail, no hours of service. So for those looking their new hours as of right now are 9am to 7pm.
