We came a few days prior to this and ordered the campfire frappe. It was too sweet for me but I drank it. We went in yesterday because it sounded good. I asked the girl if I could get it half as sweet and she said yes, no problem. My friends was also sweet, sweeter than the few days prior. We had only taken a few sips of each drink when we decided to go back in and see if they could remake them less sweet or get something else. The girl that made them is now at the counter. When I said I had asked for it to be half as sweet, the girl said yeah, it's really hard to do that because we use a powder. So basically they told me they could do something they couldn't. The girl said she could remake our drinks and she'd only charge us half price. I said so we have to pay for them?!? She said yes, I have to charge you. I said no, that's not happening. I asked if there was a manager there and no, but the girl I was talking to was the shift lead. I will NEVER give them any of my business again. Poor customer service!

I ordered roughly 40+$ worth of food & drinks they were out of the egg bites I wanted so settled for alternative option the veggie. They were so dry. I also order an everything bagel sandwich with egg and sausage. The bagel was so tough. Along with the bagel and egg bites I ordered the spicy breakfast biscuit and.. the biscuit was so soggy. Oof, then they totally forgot my drink. I won't be back. Sadly the food is a complete miss for me and the customers service is poor.

I always love coming to this location they are friendly they are nice they are always happy which makes a huge difference. They are the most accurate coffee shop I have ever been to and the one time they made a mistake they were quick to correct it. I always recommend this coffee shop to my family whenever they want to get their morning coffee they're just absolutely amazing and are the only coffee shop I go to now

This was our first time to a city brew. Drinks were both excellent. Staff was pleasant even though we stumbled through their large menu. The food appears to be mass produced and heated up, so the bagel sandwich was a bit on the chewy side. Gf liked the breakfast burrito that she had.
