The teenage girl who helped me wasn’t wearing a uniform and had on some inappropriate belly shirt like she’s starved for attention. This isn’t instagram, kid. Put some clothes on and scoop the ice cream. She also had an attitude like she thought she was something special. No, you’re a loser working in a dirty overpriced ice cream shop.

I come here all the time, and I have noticed that even though the prices are higher than they used to be, the portions are even smaller as well. I mean I never tip less than a buck no matter what so I pay over $7 for a love it size and don't even get a like it size. The ice cream wouldn't have even gone over the top of the cup in a like size. I mean come on really??? This is why places are going out of business. Customers know prices are higher than ever before but at least give us what we pay for and when the customer comes in to complain don't laugh that's not polite. You kids need a little more training before being left on your own. They did make it right, but I shouldn't have had to go back in in the first place. You should have the cups with fake ice cream in them so customers can see what they will get or weigh it out. It's never consistent. I can say the one girl was super friendly and the boy was trying and he was friendly as well, he is just new and wasn't sure what to do and the trainer wasn't training to well and the fact that she laughed and thought it was funny when I brought it back, made me want to take my tip back, but I didn't.

Ice cream delicious and nice emloyees. I would recommend not having the cones setting out in the open with all those flies that had gotten inside the place. I was glad the ice cream was in a closed case and there were disposable bowls that could be used instead of the cones.

I feel awful for the kids working here. There’s a HUGE leak in the ceiling and water is pouring everywhere in the lobby including through an electrical light. It can’t be up to code to keep operating. Everything in this place is filthy. The boards, utensils, everything. The fruit they put in my ice cream looked old and rotten.I saw multiple people walk in and walk out. I wish I had done the same.

I ordered ice cream thru door dash. I ordered a waffle bowl. It said it would be on the side, I was charged, but no waffle bowl!

Worst Coldstone I have been to. Out of everything. Don't know how to make menu items. Very filthy. Walked out do to service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They have a lack of care toward allergies. I asked them to sanitize and clean the board and she asked if scrapping it off was good enough or wanted her to do it on the counter I get you scrap it but what about sanitizing it? When someone says clean it for allergy that’s when sanitizing and cleaning it would come in. Do you not wash and sanitize your ice cream board??

My son can’t even come and eat here because they don’t clean the board and spoons correctly bc he has a peanut allergy. Me and my wife just got our ice cream and we had chunks of other stuff in our ice cream because they don’t clean the board good enough. Someone that has a peanut allergy can’t get anything mixed in their ice cream because a trace of peanut could get in there and it’s not worth it to chance it. They also barely cut up my strawberries. Otherwise it is good ice cream.

The “Ours” size says four mix-ins on the display and then they said I only get one mix-in. One mix-in for a huge quart of ice cream. Ridiculous.
Awful, walked all the way there with my son who was excited to get ice-cream only to wait in the lobby for 25 min while the employee sat in the back. Ended up leaving .. awful service.

Absolutely the best creamery anywhere!!! Fresh made ice cream! They do mix-ins to the ice cream on a frozen stone. Coffee ice cream and chocolate chips! Yum!
