Yo Dairy queen, how is it that 70% of your locations are out of 50% of your offerings (chocolate ice cream) about 60% of the time? By my estimate that's 100% poor planning and supply chain.

Just went here and had the best customer service - they answered all my questions about what was in each blizzard special, and were so friendly and kind! Even though they were closing soon. Really appreciated the service and shared laughter. Thank you!
