I remember not liking the Food Zoo when I was in college. If I lived closer, I would buy a meal plan just to eat there daily.Great spread, delicious food, a beverage and dessert selection that has something for everyone, and some chill people working.

Paying thousands of dollars a semester for weekly food poisoning and inedible food. My body rarely feels hunger signals out of desperation to not return here. Do not even bother with a meal plan, it’d honestly be cheaper and healthier to buy takeout for every meal. Pictured is a plate of fish. That dry, sad mass is not a biscuit, but fish. This place is a joke.

This is a good buffet for college food also great for the community great price if you don't have a meal plan and food is good as well on most occasions some days are better than others though so check online to see what the meal isVegetarian options: There are plenty of vegetarian options here they have a huge salad bar with lots of options and toppingsKid-friendliness: This place is very kid friendly I have seen lots of kids in the food zoo they also have field trips to the University for whatever reason and then they bring all the kids to the food zoo and they are able to accommodate most and serve allParking: You have to park away from the Food Zoo and walk as the normal parking lot is being used as HQ for construction of the new Food Zoo and is completely unavailableWheelchair accessibility: The wheelchair accessibility is good except for parking where you have to park far away if your handicapped and you are being dropped off there is no problem but If you drive by your self it could be challengingDietary restrictions: They are extremely serious about dietary restrictions and have everything labeled and take nessary precautions and steps to make sure food is up to par

High fructose corn syrup… IN THE PASTA?!?!?!What kinda dystopia are we living in. I know corn is subsidized and all, but that’s just uncalled for.

First time going to the food zoo, they refused to take cash. Said a manager would need to do something about a deposit bag. Overall ridiculous. I will not be back.

Top notch buffet/cafeteria style food. Lots of options for different types of diets. Good quality and good seating but most importantly the staff is extremely helpful, friendly and supportive of UM students/staff/faculty.
