Recommend this place for it's great burgers, fast friendly service, and best of all great prices. Forgot to mention also that they give out real napkins, not those tissue paper pieces other places use that are useless.

Marcus T. was the employee at the window when we came by on our way home from a girl's trip. We politely ordered all of our food at the drive thru. He didn't greet us in any way other than giving us our total and then looked like we'd asked him to deliver the moon when we asked to purchase two additional fry sauces when we got to the window. The pickles were completely left off a burger where we asked for extra and he gave us no ketchup even though we asked for it. Never smiled or thanked us. He literally rolled his eyes as we finished our transaction. They gave us 2 napkins- we ordered 4 meals so I'm not sure who would think that was sufficient. If you don't like your job, find a new one but don't have a job interacting with the public and spreading your misery. All of the women on this trip work in customer service and know what it looks like when it's great. This wasn't it.

It's not that this place is bad. It's just not good, it's somewhere in the middle , the food is a bit bland and very basic service is the bare minimal . We probably won't be back but it's worth trying once. You might like it.

The handsome fella in drive thru I think named Eli took my order, he was super sweet and made sure my order was correct. My burger looked immaculate, just the succulent treat I needed! And the raspberry shake was very tasty, yes indeed.

There is nothing "frugal" about this place. I just payed about 17$ for 1 meal. Food is average. Very disappointed.
the kids there are so sweet and customer satisfaction is so important to them. the food was delicious. we will be back! tasty love !Kid-friendliness: I had my grand kids with me and they doted on them. it was fun

The quality just keeps going downhill since they opened. Just got a burger and chicken sandwich which were cold/not fresh, pre-made and didn't taste good. I asked for extra lettuce on said burger and got a literal chunk of the middle of the lettuce head. My fries with no salt weren't re-dipped into the oil this time, which is a first.After today I no longer have the same desire to go to frugals as I once did. Also I used to tip 15-30% but now I don't due to consistent issues with quality.I don't think the owner/manager care. Which is probably why most everyone seem miserable and do a horrible job. You all need to change your perspective and attitudes and you will feel better about yourself at the end of the day, and make more money.Get off this "I hate work trend" and do your best. OR GO WORK SOMEWHERE ELSE. It's not rocket science.For anybody reading this that is curious about trying the place, I recommend you just cook at home. Or go to the gas station because it's the same if not better quality.

My wife orfered the Frugal Burger, and I ordered the Halibut Fish sandwich. My wife liked the burger and said 4 starts. The same is true with the Halibut. A gigantic step up from MacDonalds! I would eat there again if I passed by and was in a hurry. Services were very friendly. We did the did through and it was 22 degrees outside.
