Possibly the best pancakes we've ever had. Everything else we got -- french toast, veggie hash, egg sandwich -- was excellent too. Had to wait a few minutes for an outdoor table to be available on a Sunday around midday, and there was a bit of a line to order, but totally worth it. The staff are lovely and out server brought a water bowl for our dog.

Small and charming breakfast spot. It wasn't crowded when I went around 730am, but sounds like there is often a line. The gal at the counter was very friendly, and helped guide me towards the Migas w avocado. I had a hard time imagining what the heck this would look or taste like but it was delicious w corn tortilla.
