This holiday Inn is in the perfect location in downtown Missoula to take advantage of the food, restaurants, night life and cultural aspects of Missoula.

I wouldn’t stay here again while the renovations are being done. Staff was incredibly friendly, the renovations that have already been done look nice. But the old rooms are incredibly dated. There are other options in the immediate area with similar pricing, and are brand new, nice rooms. Pool was closed during our stay, but they offered free passes to a local indoor pool. I look forward to trying again with them after construction is complete.

Had an issue with hot water at this location. The hotel management tried over and over to remedy and could not. Management made it right by giving me another room to shower in and compensating. Anna was top notch on customer

The front desk people are rock stars. The diamond service desk got the number of people in my reservation wrong and the front desk guys took care of us. Sooo appreciated, thank you!

Jayne at reception was super helpful; the service was friendly and made the stay all the more comfortable and homey. Wonderful time in MSLA! Can’t want to visit again and will most definitely stay at this hotel in the future.

Great location and staff. If you stay here ask if there is an event going on in there banquet hall. Half of there rooms are around it, without a way to block the sound. You may want a room away from it.Nearby activities: Definitely right in the heart of downtown.

Nice hotel overall. The hot tub was in need of cleaning and not functional which was disappointing.

I have stayed at the hotel numerous times. The rooms are always clean. Hotel staff is very friendly. The little bar in the lobby is a nice place for a drink at the end of the night. Great location for walking downtown, lots of restaurants around, the river walk is beautiful. Great prices and a great overall downtown hotel.Rooms: Clean and very comfortable.Nearby activities: The river walk, outdoor amphitheater, and the surfing spot on the river.Walkability: Lots and lots ofvreally good restaurants. Tons of little local shops. And lots of local bars.Food & drinks: The little bar in the lobby is wonderful. Not a ton of food but the little deli thing is nice.

This was my second stay at this hotel. Clean, friendly, cheap drinks at the bar with local selections, comfy beds and conference space. My only complaint is the USB charging ports did not work so had to rely on the blocks. Would stay again next time I'm in the area. Close to food options and walking.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL - THE ROOMS ARE RUN-DOWN, DIRTY & NOT MAINTAINED; the bathroom is dirty with moldy grout - the soap bar was used with hair on it (no joke) - the ceiling is falling out - the carpet and walls are very dirty - the AC does not work. Incidentally, there was a man in front of me complaining about his AC not working either. Also, if you must stay here, do not get an atrium-facing room - they face an interior atrium with no fresh air. Obviously, the owners/management simply don't care. For only a few dollars more, there's a beautiful Marriott Residence, AC Hotel and the Wren hotel, only a few feet away. The 'only' positive - this hotel is in a convenient location.

Overall, a great experience for a hotel.Rooms are up-to-date as far as I can tell for the area. It's convenient to get to, has access control for parking and has friendly staff. Concessions/convenient chips/candy/ice cream and even pot pies are available 24/7 from the hotel lobby. It's right on the water, so if you're active and want a walk along the beauty of the river, go for it with ease.I was here during an event in the great room, but I couldn't even tell for the most part, as the window facing that room is very well insulated.A good experience. Thanks Holiday Inn!Rooms: Smaller than expected, but still nice and comfortable.TVs aren't "smart" by any means and meant for a challenging time to figure out what to watch. 1990's channel surfing. But, that doesn't mean anything negative to the stay, just not the ideal entertainment in-room experience I've grown to have.Walkability: It is within walking distance of 90% of the things I wanted to do, so it's worth it.Food & drinks: Drinks at the bar on level 2 near the lobby, are made quickly and professionally.Food can be achieved from the makeshift market in the lobby as well.

Walking distance to many great restaurants and the rooms were lovely! Joe helped us at check in and he was the NICEST front desk agent ever, and was so helpful and informative. There was an event going on in the lobby and convention area, and noise was not a problem. The rooms had very great lighting in the bathroom, sound proof walls and doors, and upgraded safety locks. The hotel runs along the riverfront trail with easy and seemingly safe foot traffic and gorgeous views. The hot tub was very nice, and the fitness center had an excellent selection of equipment. The artwork is top notch and I was impressed with the interior design.Housekeeping was respectful and kind.Free wifi. free parking. Good cell service. Cafe, bar, and breakfast available for purchase in the lobby.Nearby Food & drinks: Great coffee
