I have never ever had a bad sandwich from Jersey Mike’s. Until yesterday. I ordered the chicken cheesesteak sandwich, hot sub. The chicken was disgusting and dry. Do not order this sandwich. It taste terrible.

Every time I pick up from this place they tell me it’s going to be 2-3 minutes and 90% of the time it’s at least 15. Super slow and un motivated
First time here. So glad I stopped. Was greeted as soon as I came in. Place was very clean. Staff were busy making subs and grilling some subs. I ordered the Italian sub with fresh cheese bun. Ordered the medium size and had enough left over for supper. Made it Mike style. Another good idea. Lots of meat and yes shredded lettuce. Lots then there sub sauce. Lots wondered if maybe too much. But it was perfect. Even later in the day the bun wasn’t soaked. Meat was fairly thick and sliced thin. Place was steady flow of people, and staff were friendly and putting orders through fast. Hopefully when u stop Kaine is your sub maker. One of the better waiters that I have met. Helpful, friendly, and knows how to put a sub together. And takes time to welcome others that arrive to eat. This will be a stop for lunch very soon.

Jersey Mikes always delivers! Even though it is a fast food place, I can count on consistent quality. Soft yet chewey sub rolls, tasty deli meats and good condiments. I always order a mini with double meat and the meat to bread ratio is perfect! Good prices too!
