The patio has a great atmosphere. Perfect for enjoying tea with a friend on a sunny day. The staff is very friendly and strives to get your order just how you enjoy it. My favorite is the London Fog with honey and lavender.

Today, Dec 14th, 2023; around 12:15, I live five minutes from this location;I received a lotus that I really needed.Whomever the gal that took my order for the scooby snack frappe; and then I ordered the lotus to give them a tip;I realized I didnt have my card on me for some reason so she bought it for me for free.She doesnt know how much that meant to me,Finals are tough, and always fall on my birthday, we just lost a family member and I was crying about it before I got in there;We wont have him for christmas or my birthday and I really rwally needed kindness more than you know.There is a new song that came out called, “Christmas Feels Different This Year” by Sarah Reeves and everytime I hear it I bawl, and it hd come on shortly before I got to her windowShe deserves limitless tips and one day I will repay her kindnessI do this so often when I can afford it and her angelic grace paid it back to me when I needed it, at the right time,Thats god; telling me he is at peace up there with him.Thank youI should have asked your name ?Parking: Lowe’s parking lot attached to a bankKid-friendliness: Always kind to my son and give him hot cocoa thats not to hot with sprinkles and whip creamWheelchair accessibility: With a button

Hi there! I come to this location quite often, and am usually very pleased with the service I receive. Today I stopped in, excited to use my free drink from my punch card, and ordered what I always ordered. But today I also asked for a 12oz cup of hot water as my throat is sore. When I got to the window, not only did they try to use the punch card for the cup of water (which after I explained I would skip the water if that was the case. She said she could let it by just this once.) I was charged $2 for a 12 oz cup of water. Which is ridiculous. I’ve worked other locations in town who charge for the cup which is understandable. But they charge 50 cents, not $2!! And to add insult to injury, after driving away the expensive cup of water I purchased WASNT EVEN HOT WATER. just disappointed today.

I got their matcha latte with lavender syrup instead of the vanilla and kept the honey! It was so amazing wow!! If you’re in the area looking for a yummy sweet matcha I 100% recommend. Beautiful setting and great service!

Food is consistent and tasty for being pre-made and warmed up. The coffee and service vary wildly depending on the group on any given day. The fast days = best coffee. The very, very slow service days = mediocre coffee. This location needs to focus on consistency & speed, learning from the best team.

I only leave reviews when I really get wowed, and this place and the baristas in it make the best dark chocolate breve I've EVER HAD. They were fast and nice, and seriously made the best drink I've had out of any coffee shop I've been to. I highly recommend this place!
