They got to do some cleanup outside. Dirty and greasy doors and steps and patio tables and chairs are so dirty too … Latte is good . Honey chicken ok jalapeño croissant was ok . Tater tots horrible . They need to change your frying oil .breakfast is ok for the price . I was expecting better quality one … you can’t put custom tip . So you are forced to select some pre populated % . For pickup orders giving 20% tip is a bit of an issue…

Pink haired gal working the register today is a study in customer service.Plenty of great seating options and natural light pouring in from the windows overlooking Arthur Ave.I always get the Chorizo Breakfast Burrito add avocado. I would bathe in the green salsa if I could. I’m an Iced Americano guy and I can tell you, the beans are on point. Put down the phone and go here. Now! Do it now!

Waited over 1 hour 30 minutes for an ok...sandwich then got explained they were behind and they couldn't figure out how to properly make the hollandaise sauce...word for word that's what the manager

First time there today. Just checking it out. Good looking menu...extensive for a coffee house. Just one thing. WAY overpriced. $6.50 (with tip) for a tall vanilla latte. Seriously? Bacon cheese burger is $22.00! Chicken strips are $22.00!!! Really? Plain old omelet $18.00. This is Missoula, not Aspen! Go somewhere else. Looking forward to the new Mexican place this group has plans for, but I'm sure it will be overpriced as well.

Took over the Denny's Restaurant building. Did some remodeling and rebranding. Menu is more upscale but still feels like Denny's. I did like the carrot cake pancakes and the Americano was good. They offer some decent pastry. Service was good during our three visits since they opened.

THE most stressful restaurant atmosphere bar none. Constant shouting and just a general sense of chaos and claustrophobia. Not a pleasant place to be as a customer, I can't imagine what it's like as a employee. Food is fine, but way over-priced for what you get. Unfortunately, there really aren't any other options in the immediate area. Staff are just constantly shouting - can barley hear anything else.Wheelchair accessibility: One of the most inaccessible and claustrophobic environments I have encountered. I can hardly walk through the place, let alone imagine someone using any mobility equipment!

Restaurant was disgustingly dirty, price high for amount of meager tasting cold food. Used to be really good in the day, but no longer. Expensive. Had to get up ask two times for jam because only given one tiny packet at a time.

Really disappointed with this place. They used to have really really good French Toast sticks. They were fried and nice and crispy on the outside. Now they just make it like everybody else does- soggy and grilled. Won’t be going back until they bring the old French toast sticks back!

Got the big sky burrito and it was a bit underdone in the center. When I talked to the manager, I believe Lauren was her name, I was given so much attitude and told that it was done and I was wrong. I didn’t even bother staying around to wait for my food to get remade, I hope some server enjoyed my burrito. Terrible service/staff and frankly I’m appalled y’all choose people like that as the face of your business.
