I ate barely one third of the ramen bowl since it was just a bland taste Asian style noodle in pork broth, not Japanese ramen...the way they put CharSiu..and other toppings were not very authentic...most importantly the broth was not what I was looking for...noodle itself was well-cooked (slightly overcooked but still good), but it just did not taste like Tonkotsu ramen at all...I was so sad since I had a craving for Asian food...The rice bowl was also not even close to what we call Donburi in Japan but it was okay like in fusion Asian way, and my American companion loved it. So maybe the opinion to noodle can be subjective to other populations than East Asian customers...The atmosphere was cute and modern, hip, and the service was neat.

Food was so so good! Would be a full 5 stars but my server/bartender on staff gave everyone free shots except for me lol. There was 2 customers including myself in the shop and the rest of the shots went to the staff. Otherwise awesome food and good vibes.

Always love coming to Michi, there is usually a wait during busy hours, but it is well worth it. Fantastic food and Amazing cocktails. I have been here many times and it never fails to impress.Vegetarian options: The menu is clearly labeled with GF and vegetarian options.Dietary restrictions: The menu is clearly labeled with GF and vegetarian options.Wheelchair accessibility: Though the restaurant is up some stairs, they have a wheelchair lift.
Great ramen and great vibes. I don’t dish out ramen compliments lightly, but the Hokkaido miso ramen was truly excellent. Our server, Ahnna, was really friendly and made the experience even better.

So good we went back twice in the same day! Loved the food, cocktails, and service.
I had no idea that these flavors were even in Missoula! The complexities of all of their seasonings, their meats, and broths for their ramen, is truly something to admire. The staff was very accommodating and answered all our questions with grace. If you're looking to level up your ramen game, this is the place for you!

I love the atmosphere of this place, it is always so cozy and welcoming. I feel as though the food has dropped a little in quality from last year, with the Garlic Tonkotsu tasting far different from before. I've been there recently again, and it had recovered some of it's shine. The appetizers are great!
