Love Panda Express. My only concern is that the Chicken Green Bean Entrée seems to be out a lot of the times when visiting. The pricing is perfect for what you get.

Anyone ordering pickup here should avoid doing so at all. Anyone picking up, for yourself or as a gig driver, should expect a ridiculous wait time. I've spoken with folks picking up just for themselves that hadn't received their order for over two hours. Doordashers can expect 30 minute waits to be average during busy times.

Becarful how you order, not only do they beg you every time you order for your change to support their charity, in which you don’t know if it’s really being given to that charity, or lining the owners pocket. But apparently when you order 4 $2.00 chicken eggrolls, they charge you for a medium entree and at your expense charge you $8.70 for it. It doesn’t take a scholar to figure out that 4 $2.00 eggrolls is $8.00. When i called them, apparently it is up to the customer to state 4 individual eggrolls to get charged correctly. That’s customer service right there! (spoken sarcastically) is not the 70.cents it’s the principle of purposely taking advantage of the customer. In which this company has lost my business permanently!

So I went through the drive through ordered a bigger plate. When I got home one of my toppings was missing and the portion was very small. For how much I payed I guess I expected more. I called and was put on a list to be able to get it at a later time which I will have to order again to get paid back what I'm owed. Smart business, the lady who answered the phone was very kind and seemed helpful and apologetic.

Talk about rude! We go out to eat at Panda Express a couple of times a month. There are 3 to 6 of us who go. Went January 20. On my birthday. My husband left his baseball cap on accident. We called, and they told us we had a week. We live 45 min out of town. Came in today, the 26th, and were given the run around. Had to come back a 2nd time. To be told they don't have it still. We will not waste our time coming back.
